Study On Influencing Factors And Validity Of Guangxi Construction Industry Based On Spatial Metrics Model

As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,China’s construction industry has made great contributions to the improvement of the gross national product since the founding of New China.At the same time,construction industry,as an important way to improve urban infrastructure,has carried out a large amount of social production investment,which is also a large part of China’s people’s livelihood projects.Therefore,the influence of construction industry on the entire national economy is worth in-depth study.As an underdeveloped region,Guangxi’s gross national product ranks low among the 31 provinces and cities in the country.With the in-depth and intensive communication and trade with ASEAN,and after receiving a series of domestic and international policy support,Guangxi’s development has huge potential.The construction industry,as an important part of the national economy,has also played an important role in economic construction in Guangxi.However,due to the fact that the overall production level of the construction industry in Guangxi is not high,the exploration of the production potential of the construction industry still needs to be improved and valued.Based on Econometrics,this paper summarizes the key indicators of construction industry development in Guangxi from 2004 to 2016,finds out the key influencing factors and relations of construction industry development in Guangxi,and estab:lishes the corresponding links between the data.Then,through spatial Econometrics,paying attention to the construction of temporal and spatial panel data in the top three cities(Nanning,Liuzhou,and Guilin)that have a large contribution to Guangxi’s economy.Using panel data to describe the influence of the construction industry in the three major cities of Guangxi on the overall construction industry and even on the overall economy of Guangxi,and using the model to conduct simulation tests,it is confirmed that the description of the model confomms to the development of Guangxi.Finally,the model is used to predict the future construction industry and economy of Guangxi.Through the calculation of the model,we can find out the relevant indicators and the impact of relevant regions on the overall economy.The author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of construction industry in Guangxi,and finally summarizes the contents and achievements of the research.
