Research On Quality Management Under The Lean Production Mode Of Company A

The competition of the automobile industry in China is fierce,the quality is the focus of competition.How to further improve the quality of automobile products is the key of the operation system of the automobile OEM and parts enterprises.Design,assembly and parts quality determine the quality of the vehicle,and auto parts quality is the most important.In recent years,"with the least money to buy the most advanced technology,the shortest delivery time,the best quality and service" gradually become the best principle of automobile OEM globalization procurement,so China is.So only define zero defect quality as the goal of the enterprise can achieve the best quality.In order to control cost effectively,most of auto part suppliers have implemented lean manufacturing system.It is real challenge that to achieve zero defect target under this mode.So the author who with quality management experience in the A company,put forward the study "quality management research in the lean production mode".This research will explain the lean production system and quality management theory,and explain the main characteristics of A company running lean production in the quality management.At the same time,it indicates the problems in the current quality management of A company and analyzes the causes.Then,A company refresh its quality culture and conduct quality improvement activities based on zero defect quality thinking.Empirical analysis A company improve the quality competitiveness via customer satisfaction improvement,the internal quality control ability enhance,quality cost effectively control based on the zero defect thinking.Under the lean production mode,enterprise implementing JIT,should also develop Jidoka,implement TQM based on zero defect thinking in parallel to ensure JIT running healthily,thereby reducing operating costs.In this study,it makes an organic combination of theoretical knowledge and enterprise practice,from a new perspective on the quality management of the lean production mode,and expounds how to improve the quality of other auto parts enterprises.
