With social progress and the development of electric power technology, the user thepower supply reliability have become increasingly demanding, powered units must minimizethe outage time and power outages. Improve supply reliability is not only dependent on thegrid planning and day-to-day maintenance of the equipment, but also closely related to thequality of the procurement of equipment, which requires the power supply units to strengthenthe quality of network equipment quality control, quality control is to control the quality ofnetwork grid equipment important work, work mainly includes four aspects: equipmentsupervision, equipment delivery, quality acceptance, equipment access and arrival samplingand running quality management.Run quality management equipment put into operation dueto reasons of quality of the equipment after the accident, disorder, defect summary analysis, tofind equipment quality control of key points, and timely feedback to the equipment bidding,supervision, acceptance sampling linkthrough the procurement of network equipment testing,operation of feedback asset lifecycle management.With the quality control work has been carried out during the procurement of equipmentoperation, equipment defects occur frequency has been markedly reduced. However, in-depthresearch on quality control work, there are some constraints to improve quality controlefficiency factors, such as the amount of data is difficult to determine the focus on qualitycontrol, statistical methods is not enough scientific problem.This project for quality control work appear the introduction of6σ Lean logisticsmanagement method proposed equipment defects rate risks strength concept, statisticalanalysis of a bureau of the past three years, the main transformer, of GIS equipment defectssituation of key equipment suppliers and defect category dynamic sort of high-risk, identifyhigh risk of key equipment suppliers and defects class object as a quality control on the levelof quality of equipment suppliers trend forecast, the use of the method of dynamicmanagement, supervision of high-risk suppliers take punishment measures to encourage theimplementation of low-risk suppliers, promotion strategy, improve the effectiveness of qualitycontrol.
