Research On The Development Strategy Of S New Material Company From The Perspective Of New Development Concept

The fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee adopted the CPC Central Committee’s Proposal on Formulating the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals for 2035,stressing that the new development philosophy should be applied throughout the whole process and in all areas of development.At present,accelerating the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has become the consensus of the economic circle.China is a big country in aluminum industry,with its production and consumption ranking first in the world for 19 consecutive years.New aluminum-related materials are alloy products made by using raw material aluminum ingot as the main material and adding quantitative other metal elements through casting,extrusion,cutting saw,painting and other processes.In recent years,as China’s economy accelerates toward high-quality development,the application of aluminum-related materials in high-end consumption fields such as product packaging,infrastructure and equipment manufacturing has been expanding.Due to the characteristics of light quality,good ductility and strong stability,aluminum-related new material products are gradually promoted and become a new growth point of aluminum consumption.S new material company as a new materials company,is a collection of electrical round aluminum rod,aluminum rod,aluminum wire,aluminum wire and cable,aluminum alloy wire,enameled wire and aluminum alloy conductor alloy metal materials research and development,production and sales of integrated high-tech aluminum deep processing enterprises,the product has entered the door of the national grid.Although the market for aluminum-related new materials is still strong,but the implementation of new development philosophy is the development of industry,and for aluminium new materials industry increasingly fierce market competition,rising raw material costs,profit margins are compressed,and the new materials research and development on aluminum hasn’t effective breakthrough,company development faces many challenges.At present,it is particularly important for S new material company to clarify the development direction of the company,clarify the development ideas and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.This paper firstly introduces the background of the research,puts forward the significance of the research,determines the ideas and methods of the research,and summarizes the relevant theories of enterprise strategy and literature review,laying the theoretical foundation of the research.Then,from the perspective of the new development concept,the macro development environment and industry competition environment of the company are comprehensively analyzed by using PEST and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and the EFE matrix and IFE matrix are respectively constructed to analyze the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses of the company.Then,SWOT analysis and quantitative strategic planning matrix are used to analyze and select the company-level strategy and business-level strategy of S new materials company,and formulate the company-level strategy and differentiated business-level strategy of S new materials company,so as to determine the company’s development vision,development mission and strategic goals.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,formulated the guarantee measures of strengthening product research and development,include strict production management,strengthening human resource management,improving the marketing system,optimizing the organizational structure,cultivating enterprise culture and so on.
