Founded in 2010,Guizhou CX Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guiyang Aluminum-Magnesium Design & Research Institute Co.,Ltd.It is mainly engaged in the research and development of electrolytic aluminum process technology and self-contained complete equipment,also,it commits to transforming technologies into real productive forces.The company is an emerging scientific and technological innovation-oriented enterprise.It always adheres to technological innovation as the guide,and the core technology and product market share has reached above 50%.Although the company has achieved certain achievements in the industry,it encounters the embarrassing situation of lacking of stamina in the process of market development,especially when China puts forward higher requirements for supply-side structural reform and the “carbon neutral” “peak carbon dioxide emissions” goal.Under the background,the high efficiency,energy saving and emission reduction of electrolytic aluminum process technology have become urgent needs that would affect the healthy development of the national economy.The electrolytic aluminum industry needs to solve a series of problems such as large-scaled but not strong,low level of intelligence,and weak awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection.Facing the new challenges and opportunities brought by market changes and policy orientation,how to formulate appropriate development strategies for Guizhou CX companiy so as to achieve sustainable development is the focus of this thesis.Tools such as the PEST model and Porter’s five forces model to sort out the company’s internal and external environment,clarifying the key factors referring to the opportunities and threats the company faces,as well as the advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,EFE matrix and IFE matrix are established.Combined with these two matrixes,a SWOT analysis model was established,and four alternative strategies were obtained by qualitative analysis;then,the company’s relevant diversification development strategy was determined by quantitative analysis through the QSPM analysis model.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,this paper also discusses and summarizes three steps and four safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy,aiming to provide a useful reference for the long-term development of Guizhou CX companies.
