JXNY Aluminum Co.,Ltd.,located in a corner of Anyi County,is an ordinary private enterprise that produces and sells aluminum products.With China's economy entering the new normal,the overall economic growth rate has slowed down year by year,and the development momentum has gradually declined and entered the bottleneck.More because of the increasingly complex and changeable market environment,the company's various ills are also increasingly prominent,and the foundation on which it depends for its survival is gradually shaken.How to seize the favorable opportunities in the domestic and foreign environment,reasonably avoid risks,continuously make up for their own disadvantages,and enhance their own strength,so as to achieve long-term development and create new brilliance,has become an urgent problem to be solved.The difficulties encountered by JXNY Aluminum have certain universality and representativeness in the local aluminum processing industry and even in small and medium-sized private enterprises in other industries in the country.This paper takes JXNY aluminum co.,ltd.as the research object,based on the relevant theories of development strategy,and through the overall analysis of scientific system,finds out the "problem lock" that hinders the development of JXNY aluminum,and according to its specific crux,formulates the development strategy as the "crux key" to provide reference for JXNY aluminum and other private enterprises mired in development.This paper adopts literature method,factor analysis method and system analysis method as the main research methods.On the basis of careful analysis of the strategic strength and industrial environment of the research object,the author has formulated differentiated,low-cost,internationalized and diversified development strategies to help JXNY Aluminum to solve its enterprise problems and realize sustainable development,and has designed two contents around Enterprise management system reform and cultural construction as the implementation guarantee of the strategy.
