The mechanical manufacturing,the rise of cities and social mobility brought by industrial civilization have changed the way of production and life in China,and also caused huge negative impacts such as environmental pollution and resource shortage.Under the background of increasing environmental crisis,it is an inevitable trend to promote the construction of ecological civilization to maintain the sustainable development of society.Land resources are the spatial carrier of ecological environment,and land renovation is a human activity that can effectively improve the land use structure and solve the contradiction between land supply and demand.Need to "sustainable development","global cooperation","high as a whole","optimization of stroke","people-oriented" development orientation transformation,the ecological environment and the natural landscape as the key point,gradually improve land comprehensive improvement of the ecological restoration and environment pollution control ability,build land ecological security system with aim of "Mountain for the bone,water for the pulse,forest for the table,land for the soul,lake for the heart".After the18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee incorporated ecological progress into the overall five-pronged plan,and identified an important strategy for promoting ecological restoration in territorial space.At present,ecological protection has been clearly identified as the focus of land improvement.However,in some rural construction and land improvement practices,the consideration of ecological environment is not sufficient,and excessive pursuit of the unification and standardization of roads,green plants and river channels destroys the original ecological environment diversity.Based on this,this paper,on the basis of understanding the research progress of ecological protection and land improvement at home and abroad,uses the relevant theories and concepts in landscape science and ecology for reference,and combines the local characteristics of shouguang city to carry out relevant land improvement program practice.Firstly,it analyzes the present situation of shouguang city’s natural environment,economic industry and land use,and analyzes its existing problems and opportunities.Secondly,the connotation and correlation of the concept of comprehensive land improvement and ecological restoration in the whole region are clarified,and the ecological sub-plates and sub-plates of shouguang city are determined.Thirdly,according to the existing local problems and regional characteristics,based on the ecological axis pattern of "mountains,rivers,forests,farmland,lakes and villages" in shouguang city and the ecological pattern of "one corridor and two axes",from the perspective of comprehensive land improvement and ecological restoration in the whole region,the paper puts forward the arrangement of agricultural land and agricultural construction land.Improving the utilization efficiency of inefficient land;promoting comprehensive renovation and organic renewal of old urban areas;improving the environment in rural and urban areas;To construct the ocean territorial space of "one belt,two districts,three corridors and multiple nodes" in shouguang city;strengthening the protection of ecological function zones;strengthening the construction of wetland ecosystem;Optimize the ecological network pattern of the city,and construct the trunk ecological corridor of "four horizontal and three vertical";implementing specific strategies such as the action plan for soil pollution prevention and control.
