Study On Comprehensive Land Management And Ecological Restoration Zoning Of Yanan City

2020-2035 is not only the implementation period of this round of land and space planning,but also the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Actively adapt to the new changes,new characteristics and new trends of the internal and external development environment,and prepare high-quality land and space planning.Great practical significance.Comprehensive land consolidation and ecological restoration are an important aspect of territorial spatial planning.Through scientific division of national land comprehensive consolidation and ecological restoration,it is conducive to promoting the implementation of renovation and restoration projects,optimizing the layout of territorial space,and improving the quality of territorial space.Based on the analysis of the natural environment,social economy,land use,and land consolidation,this paper takes Yan’an as the research area,and analyzes the comprehensive national land based on the evaluation results of Yan’an’s resource and environmental carrying capacity and the suitability of land and space development.Remediation and ecological restoration potential,after standardizing the potential value,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of each potential,and the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model is used to calculate the comprehensive scores of various potentials of the three types of spaces in each township(town)in Yan’an,and based on this Use the systematic clustering method to delineate the preliminary zone.Finally,the zoning was revised according to the river basin,topography and landform of Yan’an City,and the results of comprehensive land consolidation and ecological restoration zoning were obtained.The main research results are as follows:1.In the agricultural space,there are three types of potentials including agricultural land consolidation potential,unused land development potential suitable for farming,and rural homestead consolidation potential,which can supplement 1,1140.00 hectares of arable land and increase the level of arable land by 0.63 on average.In the urban space,there are three types of potential including urban residential land remediation potential,urban low-efficiency construction land remediation potential,and urban industrial and mining waste land reclamation potential.The reclaimable agricultural land is 2,148.70 hectares,and the total scale of reorganized construction land is 4010.86 hectares;The ecological space includes three types of potentials: vegetation restoration potential,soil erosion control potential,and mine ecological environment restoration potential.The average potentials are 0.13,0.16,and 0.14,respectively.2.Combining comprehensive land remediation and ecological restoration potential,watersheds,topography,administrative divisions and related planning,divide the renovation and restoration districts,which are divided into 7 first-level renovation and restoration areas and 13 second-level renovation and restoration areas,namely Luohe River Watershed,Yanhe River Basin,Qingjian River Basin,Yunyan River Basin,Shiwang River Basin,Houerchuan River Basin and Shajiachuan River Basin Comprehensive Remediation and Restoration Area,combined with topography and geomorphology within the basin sub-regions,combined with each township Potential distribution,socio-economic development status and ecological environment status,problem-oriented subdivision of renovation and restoration directions,and targeted renovation and restoration countermeasures are proposed.
