With the continuous development of the market economy,the scope of competition of state-owned enterprises is constantly expanding,and the intensity is also constantly strengthening,making state-owned enterprises gradually realize that it is impossible to rely on national policies alone.Talents are the key resources to maintain competitive advantage,and employees The motivation problem is the core issue in human resource management.Moreover,in recent years,due to the large adjustments in the top management of CNPC,international oil prices have continued to change,and investment in oilfield development has slowed down.In this increasingly competitive market environment,the original incentives and mechanisms of XX enterprises have lagged behind the development of the times.How to establish a new incentive mechanism for XX enterprises,better encourage and promote the more active work of XX employees?It is an important topic of human resource management in XX enterprises.This paper analyzes the current situation of XX enterprise incentive mechanism,analyzes the relevant system of XX enterprise,and analyzes the current XX enterprise employee incentive mechanism,such as salary problem,promotion problem and training problem,etc.The main reason is that the enterprise salary system is too old,the enterprise lacks an appraisal system,and the incentive mechanism is imperfect.It can be seen that the current incentive mechanism of XX enterprises does not apply to the current market environment,and it is necessary to establish and improve the conclusion of a new set of incentive mechanisms.According to the five-level demand theory proposed by Maslow,combined with the content of KSF model,this paper proposes and perfects the compensation plan for XX enterprise employees.At the same time,it proposes a new salary incentive mechanism based on the evaluation system,and proposes new according to the particularity of XX enterprises.Non-reward incentives.Finally,the corresponding incentive mechanism supporting measures were formulated,such as formulating annual assessment plan for employees and setting up employee feedback mechanism to ensure the implementation of the incentive system of XX enterprises in an effective and controllable environment.
