With the country’s promotion of clean energy,the lithium-ion battery recycling industry has begun to enter the public’s field of vision.As the country with the largest production and consumption of lithium-ion batteries in the world,it is very important for my country to accelerate the development of the lithium-ion battery recycling industry and improve related technical capabilities.Based on the patent information in the field of lithium-ion battery recycling technology,this article conducts research on lithium-ion battery recycling technology and discusses its development status and trends.The article first searches and organizes the patent data of lithium-ion battery recycling technology,and examines the current status of domestic and foreign lithiumion battery recycling technology patents in terms of application trends,patent legal status,main technical composition,patentee composition,and application institutions.Analysis and conclusions: China’s patent applications account for the largest proportion of the world’s patent applications,but the quality of patents needs to be enhanced;China’s early development of lithium battery recycling technology mainly followed foreign technical research fields,and later made certain innovations;China The cooperation awareness among the patent application subjects is not strong,but each application subject has an advantageous technical field.Secondly,from a technical perspective,the article classifies the patents involved according to the lithium-ion battery recycling objects and recycling links,and divides the patent data into 4 categories according to the four technical links of echelon utilization,pretreatment,extraction,and regeneration,and uses patent indicators.The method combined with the S-curve-Logistic model analyzes the technical life cycle of each technical link;uses the co-occurrence information between the patent IPC classification numbers to construct a co-occurrence network in the key technical fields of each technical link,and analyzes the recycling of lithium-ion batteries The phenomenon of uneven development of various technical aspects of technology.Finally,the core patent comprehensive value index method is used to identify and analyze the core patents of each technical link,and it is concluded that the core patent training is still the focus of current research.Finally,the article summarizes the characteristics of the current development of China’s lithium-ion battery recycling technology based on the analysis results and technical status,and proposes related development strategies for the development of China’s lithium-ion battery recycling technology: improve patent quality work,strengthen cooperation between scientific research entities,and balance various technologies Link development,taking into account the key technical fields of the entire technology chain,and perfecting the core patent cultivation system.
