| Iron Roughneck is an important device for casing make-up and break out in wellhead equipment.At present,there are many problems such as different quality,low efficiency and low sealing performance of casing make-up.Taking TZG340-100Y Rail Iron Roughneck as the research object,studies the detection of interference connection deformation of shoulder sealing surface during casing make-up,this paper designs a Special Controller System for Iron Roughneck.This paper analyzes the structure of the Iron Roughneck and the working process of the make-up and break out shackles,puts forward an improved scheme of the upper buckle process for the Iron Roughneck to detect the interference fit deformation of the sealing surface of the casing shoulder,and completes the overall design of the control system according to the functional requirements of the Iron Roughneck;The mechanical behavior of casing thread in the non interference stage,the interference stage and the contact stage of shoulder surface are analyzed.The parameter model of casing thread in the process is obtained.The characteristic analysis of the connection key point in the process of casing thread is carried out,and the method of detecting the interference fit deformation of the sealing surface of casing shoulder is determined according to the connection key point of casing;SVM is used to divide the different stages of casing make-up,and adaptive inertia weight PSO is used to optimize the parameters of SVM,and the detection model of key point of casing connection is obtained.The test results show that the detection model has good performance of accuracy;According to the parameters of Iron Roughneck system,the hardware and software of Special Controller System for Iron Roughneck are designed based on STM32 microprocessor and μ C/OS II operating system,and the remote monitoring service platform of Iron Roughneck controller system is designed based on C#.NET development environment,which realizes the functions of status monitoring,remote control and historical data query of Iron Roughneck equipment.In the end,The Special Controller System for Iron Roughneck designed in this paper is debugged and operated in TZG340-100Y track type Iron Roughneck.The results show that the automatic operation of Iron Roughneck make-up has higher control accuracy and efficiency than the original manual operation,which verifies the correctness and superiority of the improved make-up control method proposed in this paper. |
