| As a substitute for the traditional hydraulic power tongs,the iron drill has formed a relatively mature product patent since 70 s,and has been widely used in automatic drilling.Based on the domestic and overseas iron roughneck technology data,combined with the Bohai equipment manufacturing company cooperation project "rocker roughneck development",and put forward the technical scheme of the rocker type.iron roughneck Rocker type iron roughneck is mainly composed of five parts,respectively for fastening clamp,button punching pliers,telescopic arm,column and base,has the characteristics of compact structure,stable performance,high degree of automation,can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers,reduce drilling cost,improve the work efficiency.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing clamp clamping button punching and torsional mode,puts forward the design scheme of the iron roughneck button punching pliers.The mechanical structure and hydraulic system combination,solves the clamping clamping mechanism and the ability of shackle require large torque contradiction,to achieve the maximum breakout torque requirements for 165000 Nm.According to the actual work requirements,this paper has completed the detailed design of the mechanical structure,the detailed design of the hydraulic system,and the mechanical strength analysis of the main parts;Based on the theory of mechanical system dynamics,this paper established the simulation model of button punching clamp,dynamic simulation,motion components under different conditions of displacement,velocity and acceleration and load simulation curve,the simulation results are analyzed and explained,as the iron rocker drilling industry to provide technical support for the button punching clamp design and application in the future. |
