In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s tourism industry,the contradiction between ecological environment protection and tourism development has become increasingly prominent.In order to better solve the contradiction between the two and promote the sustainable development of ecological environment protection and tourism,China has put forward the development mode of National Park under the traditional natural protection land system,which has attracted extensive attention and research from all walks of life Research.In June 2019,the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued the《Guidance on the establishment of a natural reserve system with national parks as the main body》,which putt forward new concepts,goals,tasks and regulations for the development of national parks.Later,Chu Weidong,deputy director of the National Park Management Office of the State Forestry and grassland administration,pointed out that the key to the success of the National Park lies in management.So,what are the specific aspects of these "new" national parks compared with the traditional nature reserve system?What is the current situation of the research on national parks?Is it feasible to build a national park in central and Western China?Can we provide theoretical reference for the planning and management of national parks by constructing the conceptual model of national park management mode?What are the elements of the conceptual model of national park management mode?How can the protection mode of regional rare resources be better integrated with it?In the process of planning and designing the national park management mode,how to set the specific content and implementation guarantee of the national park management mode with the protection of regional rare resources as its main feature?Based on the consideration of these problems,this paper takes the management mode of National Park as the perspective,human land harmony theory,chekeland methodology as the core theory,combines the "point axis" system theory,symbiosis theory,ROS theory of recreation opportunity map,visitor experience and resource protection(VERP)technology and other important theories and methods,through in-depth research,literature analysis,grounded theory learning The interdisciplinary research methods,such as data processing,comparative analysis,model construction,theory and application combination,focus on the construction of the concept model of national park management mode and the content construction and implementation guarantee research of Langao Bashan Forest National Park management mode.Through the comparison of typical cases,the extraction and analysis of constituent elements,try to construct the concept of national park management mode Based on the analysis of the feasibility of the construction of Langao Bashan Forest National Park and the theoretical basis of the model,the management mode of Langao Bashan Forest National Park is constructed,and the specific content and implementation guarantee of the management mode are discussed and explored.Finally,the following research conclusions are obtained:(1)Through combing and analyzing the relevant literature of national parks in the early stage,it is found that the relevant research of national parks in China is mainly based on the development concept and construction theory,management system,system,functional zoning,legislation and case experience,most of which belong to the theoretical content research based on experience data,and lack of the conceptual model and practical application research of national park management mode.(2)Based on the concept distinction between National Park and traditional nature reserve types in China,it is found that compared with traditional nature reserve types,the National Park model has higher management level,larger protection area,higher ecological protection emphasis,more strict establishment standards and quantity control,which shows that the National Park model has a certain main role in the current nature reserve system in China Physical status.(3)Taking Yellowstone National Park in the United States,Royal National Park in Australia and Pudacuo National Park in Yunnan Province as examples,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences of national park management modes in the three countries.Based on the theory of chekeland methodology,the concept model of national park management mode is constructed through the extraction and analysis of components,and the theoretical and application significance of the model is expounded.In the process of component extraction,it is found that although the basic framework structure of the national park management mode is basically the same in the case countries,there are essential differences in the specific management concept,management mode,business mode,security mechanism and security system,and there are many choices in each aspect,indicating that the national park management mode has certain flexibility.(4)Based on the concept model of national park management mode constructed in this paper,and referring to the model structure,combining the protection mode of Bashan rare forest resources in Langao County with the concept model of national park management mode,the management mode of Bashan Forest National Park in Langao County is constructed,which forms the management mode of National Park with the main characteristics of regional rare resources protection,and from the protection and Using,right and responsibility,central and local,inside and outside the park as the entry point,this paper analyzes the specific content and implementation guarantee of its management mode,and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions.Through the research and analysis,it is found that the protection mode of regional rare resources and the National Park Management mode have good compatibility.The characteristics of this paper are as follows:(1)Characteristics of theoretical research.Through theoretical study,literature research,case analysis,model construction and other methods,the paper analyzes and extracts the elements of national park management mode,constructs the concept model of national park management mode,adds new research content for National Park and related fields in China,and provides new theoretical reference for the follow-up research of National Park management mode;(2)Application research features.Based on the theoretical basis of the conceptual model of national park management model constructed in this paper,and taking the protection of Bashan forest resources in Langao County as the main content,combining the conceptual model with the protection model of regional rare resources,the management model of Bashan Forest National Park in Langao is constructed,and the content and implementation guarantee of the management model are discussed,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward for practical application test The saturation of the conceptual model provides a new reference for the application and construction of the National Park Management Model in China.
