With the rapid development of Internet technology,social networks have gradually become an important way for social interaction,and a large amount of information is generated in the network,whether it is rumors or product advertisements can spread in the network,so understanding the mechanism behind the dissemination of information can help us better manage and control the proliferation of information in the network.Most of the existing work is directed at the study of the independent information dissemination mechanism in an isolated network.In reality,there are countless pieces of information spreading in the network at the same time.These pieces of information are not completely independent of each other.On the contrary,there is a certain relationship between some pieces of information.The actual network is not an isolated network,but multiple networks,and the path of information propagation in the network is also complex and diverse.Therefore,both the interaction between information and the structure of the multiple networks have an impact on the propagation process,and modeling the spreading process of multiple information in multiple networks is more realistic.Thus,exploring the multiple information propagation mechanism in multiple networks is the core of this paper.This paper studies the mechanism of information dissemination based on complex networks.Modeling the multiple information propagation process in multiple networks,exploring the interaction between information and the correlation between network layers on the information propagation process.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Information is not independent in the actual network,but multiple information propagates simultaneously in the network.Therefore,the interaction between information often affects the entire dissemination process.Although existing work takes into account the interaction between information,most of the research is based on modeling the multiple information propagation process based on the SIS(Susceptible–Infective–Susceptible)model,ignoring the fact that users will lose interest in the information after receiving it.Therefore,this paper modeled the process of competing propagation of two pieces of information in an isolated network based on the SIR(Susceptible–Infective–Removed)model,and analyzed the propagation threshold of the model from a macro perspective based on mean field theory.Then,the correctness of the model propagation thresholds was verified by numerical simulation experiments,and the analysis of the two competing information propagation processes was discussed.2.Considering the diversity of interactions between information,we classify the interactions between information into four categories: competition,cooperation,mutual interference as well as asymmetric effect,and introduce the concept of interaction factors to quantify the four categories of interactions between information.At the same time,the network is extended to a coupled network and the influence of the correlation between network layers in the propagation process is discussed.So an interactive propagation model of multiple information in a coupled network was proposed,based on the Markov chain approach,the propagation threshold of the model was analyzed from the microscopic point of view.Finally the accuracy of the propagation threshold of the model was verified by numerical simulation experiments,and it was obtained that different interactions and different interlayer correlations all have different degrees of influence on the propagation process.
