With the development of computer and network technology,online social network has become an important platform for people to exchange and share information.The online social network represented by micro-blog and micro-news has attracted lager users' more and more attention due to its mobile socialization and information updating.Online social network not only plays an important role in people's information exchange and sharing process,but also in the promotion of knowledge and product information in the government and corporate.At the same time,the attribute of "everyone is a communicator" of social network provide the possibility for network rumors,even lead to network group events.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the internal mechanism of information dissemination in online social networks.At present,most of the social network information dissemination researches are based on the model of infectious diseases,using the average assumption of physics,while ignoring the online social network users' non-uniform characteristics,the specificity and behavioral uncertainty.There is a gap between social network information dissemination and infectious diseases dissemination.For more in-depth analysis of information dissemination in social networks,the paper makes up for the shortcomings of existing information dissemination model.This article firstly inducts and summaries domestic and foreign research results from the complex network,information dissemination dynamics,multi-agent modeling theory of three aspects.Secondly,based on the theory of complex network,the real data of Sina microblogging network is obtained by using network crawler method,and the characteristic of topological structure is analyzed to verify the characteristics of small-world network and scale-free network.Then,the multi-agent theory and the infectious disease dynamics theory are combined to analyze the subject attribute,define the interaction rules of the subject behavior and construct the online social network information dissemination simulation model.Finally,the simulation experiment is carried out by the multi-agent simulation software Netlogo to analyze the influence of the relevant factors on the information dissemination.Based on the simulation results,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Individual influence and active degree play an important role in the information dissemination.The influence of the initial information node has a direct impact on the spread of information,node activity has a direct impact on the speed of information dissemination.(2)The online social network structure conforms to the characteristics of small-world network,and the simulation experiment network is generated,which shows the scale-free network characteristic and the small-world network characteristic,proving the scientific construction of simulation experiment network.(3)The propagation speed of information in social network is faster than that of ordinary random network,and its propagation process has obvious cyclical characteristics,in which the initial node degree has obvious influence on the length of information dissemination to information transmission.
