Infectious disease threat human health and can cause great losses to economy and society development,affecting people's lives.Therefore,the research on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases is becoming more and more outstanding.Firstly,Some infectious diseases can be prevented through immunization,but some sudden infectious diseases do not developed some drugs to cure diseases in time due to medical conditions and technical restrictions.On the other hand,The spread of disease information can make people more alert and prevent the spread of disease.In this paper,In order to study the effect of disease information on the spread of disease,we derived individual-based information dissemination mode SAIS with awareness delay through the method of approximation Markov process,and redefine SIR model on overlay network.In the first chapter,we mainly introduce the historical background of the influence of disease information on the spread of the disease and the basic ideas and research methods of the infectious disease model,and we give some preliminary knowledge about the research needs of this paper.In the second chapter,we mainly consider individual-based information dissemination model SAIS with awareness delay.Firstly,we derived the model through approximation Markov process and total probability formula.Secondly,Under the regular random network we analyze the dynamic behavior of the model.Furthermore,we classify by parameter,analyzing the existence and stability of the equilibrium point respectively.At last,our main results are verified by numerical simulation.In the third chapter,we redefine SIR model on overlay network and obtain the basic reproductive number about overlay network overlap coefficient.We study the effect of disease information on the spread of disease.At last,the numerical simulation is given by Matlab software to verify the results in this chapter.
