Competitive strategy is a functional strategy that guides and manages specific plans and actions under the constraints of the overall strategy.The core problem to be solved by a company's competitive strategy is how to establish a specific position of the company's products in the market and maintain this position by determining the correlation between customer needs,competitors' products,and the company's products.Founded in 1998,Inner Mongolia Sk Co.,Ltd.is a professional comprehensive surveying and mapping company focusing on basic surveying and mapping,professional surveying and mapping and geographic information system services.At present,the company is actively increasing technology investment and personnel training,striving to promote the advancement of surveying and mapping technology,and working harder to advance the task of "big data construction platform" with stronger confidence and impetus to build a harmonious society with outstanding performance.This essay studies and analyzes the competition strategy of Inner Mongolia Sk Company in order to make the company be aware of the external environment and its own competitive strength clearly,guide the company to formulate a suitable competition strategy effectively by using scientific research results and give the company a clear direction and goal for the future development,by which the company can exert its overall effectiveness,establish and maintain its competitive advantages,improve its economic efficiency,and then provide customers with high-value solutions,create space for employees,realize profits for the company,and ensure the long-term survival of the company.By applying strategic management theory and methods and analyzing the current situation of Inner Mongolia Sk Company,this essay utilizes large-scale data analysis and enterprise research and studies the company's external environment and internal conditions to explore the company's future development competitive strategy,enhance the company's competitiveness and help the company develop better.According to the theoretical ideas of strategic research,this essay firstly uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the macro external environment that the company faces,then analyzes the industry environment,competition environment and internal environment that the company faces,and finally uses SWOT's matrix analysis method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats the company faces,so that the company's overall strategy can be identified.Under the guidance of the competitive strategy,alternative competition strategies can be proposed,and competitive strategy analysis and selection can be made and eventually,a differentiated competitive strategy suitable for Sk can be derived.This essay also analyzes the guiding ideology for the implementation of the differentiated strategy,specific goals and implementation.This article aims to provide a correct way for the improvement of the strategic system of private surveying and mapping enterprises by analyzing the competitive strategy of Inner Mongolia Sk Company,which has an important significance for promoting the competitiveness and healthy development of private surveying and mapping enterprises,especially Inner Mongolia Sk.
