In a rapidly changing market environment and fierce market competition,enterprises in order to be able to put the limited resources into the future can bring higher returns in the project,we must adopt scientific reasonable investment decision methods,reduce the investment decision-making errors caused by the economic loss possibility,wind power project investment,is conducive to promoting local economic growth development of the tertiary industry promotes social and sustainable development of energy,so the correct fixed asset investment decision-making is essential to the enterprise.Paper how to in the process of wind power project investment decision-making more scientific and rational analysis of the future many uncertainty factors to influence the decision results as the background,main research SY wind CGN company fixed assets investment project decision,the traditional investment decision method and the purpose is to analyze the difference between the real options method in the process of project investment decision-making,the deficiency of traditional investment decision-making evaluation method and the insufficiency,then introduce using real options method in investment decision is based on the theoretical basis of the characteristics of the binary tree pricing model The purpose of parameter analysis,etc.,is to analyze the feasibility and scientific rationality of the results of the research on the investment decision of wind power projects under the real option method.In this paper,the decision analysis of fixed assets investment of CGN SY wind power project is taken as a case,and the comparative analysis method is adopted to adopt qualitative and quantitative methods.
