| As one of the important subjects to provide care services for infants aged 0-3,the development of nursery institutions has been paid more and more attention by the state and the people.At present,the market demand of high-quality nursery institutions is huge.Although the construction of existing nursery institutions is gradually standardized,there is still a huge gap between their development level and that of preschool education institutions.Among them,what is the development gap between county-level nursery institutions and urban nursery institutions? Researchers look forward to investigating the current situation of county-level nursery institutions,enriching the theory of county-level nursery system construction and development,and providing case reference for the development of county-level nursery institutions and county-level nursery services.In this study,literature,investigation and observation were comprehensively used to investigate the development status of nursery institutions in X County,Anhui Province,and it was found that there are the following problems in nursery institutions in X County: there is a gap between the service scope of nursery institutions and the actual needs;The scientific management of nursery institutions needs to be strengthened;The curriculum level of educational institutions deviates from the actual demands;The professionalism of teachers in kindergartens needs to be improved.The author analyzes the reasons for this.Firstly,the main bodies in the county have a vague cognition of the orientation and function of nursery education;secondly,the theoretical guidance and practice in the curriculum research and development of nursery education institutions are weak;and finally,there is a huge gap between the training of talents in early education and the demands of social development. |
