Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the construction of teaching staff,and has always focused on the key link of teaching staff construction to improve the quality of teaching.Documents such as "Opinions on Team Building" emphasize the building of teaching staff.On the new journey of building my country into a powerful modern socialist country,building a strong sports country is an important part of the Chinese people’s achievement of the "two centenary" goals.Volleyball is one of the key contents of building a strong sports country in my country.The construction of volleyball teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong plays an important role in promoting the development of volleyball in ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.This paper takes volleyball teachers and leaders in charge of physical education in36 ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province as the survey objects,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods to analyze the overall structure of volleyball teachers,teaching,scientific research,and research methods.Conduct investigation and research on team training,competition organization,and continuing education,Concluded as follow:1.The age structure of volleyball teachers in general colleges and universities in Guangdong Province is dominated by young and middle-aged teachers;the professional title structure is dominated by volleyball teachers with intermediate professional titles,and there are not enough volleyball teachers with senior professional titles;the academic structure is dominated by masters.A volleyball teacher with academic qualifications;good academic relationship structure.2.Nearly 80% of the volleyball teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province undertake heavy teaching tasks;the foreign language proficiency of volleyball teachers and the ability to use multimedia need to be strengthened;the outdoor volleyball court can meet the needs of teaching and training,but some colleges and universities lack indoor volleyball courts;The teaching leaders in charge of colleges and universities have a good evaluation of the teaching work of volleyball teachers.3.The overall number and quality of papers published by volleyball teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province is relatively low,and the number of volleyball teachers who publish papers in core journals and preside over provincial-level projects is not large;the starting point of volleyball teachers’ scientific research is mostly driven by their own interests,and they are not conducive to scientific research.Not enough love.4.Volleyball teachers in general colleges and universities in Guangdong Province have a good grasp of professional theoretical knowledge and sports skills,but some volleyball teachers have problems such as lack of long-term and continuous organizational training;volleyball teachers have better refereeing ability and organizing competition ability.5.Volleyball teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province have a strong awareness of participating in continuing education,but due to the shortage of college funds and the large daily teaching workload,the number of participation in continuing education is small,and the content of continuing education participation is mainly short-term special training.6.Volleyball events in some ordinary colleges and universities in Guangdong Province are not highly valued,some volleyball teachers fail to give full play to their work potential,and volleyball teachers believe that the performance evaluation system of colleges and universities has problems such as lack of pertinence;volleyball teachers with teaching assistant and lecturer titles are promoted due to their professional titles and other factors,resulting in high work pressure.7.The basic framework of the sustainable development of volleyball teachers in general colleges and universities in Guangdong Province consists of the concept,connotation,characteristics and theoretical basis of the sustainable development of volleyball teachers.8.The harmonious development of volleyball teachers in general colleges and universities in Guangdong Province in terms of development,coordination and sustainability is the requirement to achieve sustainable development goals.In order to better promote the sustainable development of volleyball teachers in general colleges and universities in Guangdong Province,this paper proposes the following countermeasures based on the theory of sustainable development: 1.Adhere to the system of "introduction and internal training" to optimize the structure of the teaching staff.2.Set up a volleyball teaching team to jointly overcome teaching problems.3.Establish and improve the "passing and leading" system to improve the scientific research ability of volleyball teachers.4.Encourage volleyball teachers to participate in continuing education to improve sustainable development ability.5.Stimulate the work potential of volleyball teachers and relieve teachers’ work pressure.6.Improve the professional title evaluation mechanism in colleges and universities to fully stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers. |
