Research Of The Sustainable Development On Social Self-organized Amateur Volleyball Team In Beijing

With the continuous development of social economy,people’s material living standards continue to improve,people have a new understanding of fitness and leisure,and gradually pay attention to them.Social self-organized amateur volleyball team as the basis of mass volleyball carrier,in the national fitness environment gradually developed,as Beijing amateur volleyball enthusiasts to participate in volleyball activities in the main form.Based on the theory of sustainable development,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,logical analysis and field investigation to guide and analyze the 50 self-organized amateur volleyball teams in Beijing.Development degree,coordination degree and persistence degree,and to get the following conclusions:1.The sustainable development of the social self-organized amateur volleyball team in Beijing should take into account the three dimensions of development degree,coordination degree and persistence degree.The degree of development is a measure of the size of the team scale;coordination is a measure of the team’s quality dimension of the standard,mainly reflected in the team’s internal environment;sustainability is a measure of the team time dimension of the standard,mainly in the team’s external environment The The three dimensions of the relationship are interdependent,interactive,mutual influence,which together affect the Beijing social self-organized amateur volleyball team sustainable development process.2.Beijing social self-organized amateur volleyball team is in the construction stage of development,they are in the degree of development,coordination and sustainability there are still different degrees of problems:(1)In the degree of development,although the number of teams on the surface increased year by year,but in fact the increase is not big,the size of the team to small and medium-sized teams,the team should clear their own development goals,the ball The size of the team to refine the classification.(2)In the coordination degree,the members of the structure is reasonable,with work and income more stable,higher education and other characteristics,the team’s management mainly rely on the team leader,which for the team’s long-term development disadvantage.(3)In the degree of continuity,the majority of the team set up for many years,a fixed event venues,the team can now ensure that the development of the duration of time,but to focus on the temporary reduction of the venue for the development of the threat.The above three aspects of the problem is not only restricting the development of theteam factors,but also for the Beijing social self-employed amateur volleyball team brought more possibilities.3.In the three dimensions that affect sustainable development,it is concluded that the coordination degree and persistence of the team are the main factors influencing the sustainable development of the self-employed amateur volleyball team.The improvement of these two main factors will promote and promote the sustainable development of social self-employed amateur volleyball teams.
