The Study Jiangsu Track And Field Team Construction Present Situationand Sustainable Development

In this paper, the Jiangsu track and field team construction present situation andsustainable development is the object of study,Utilising the review of literature,questionnaires, experts interviews, fieldwork and logic analysis,this paper hasinvestigated and analyzed the present situation of the construction of Jiangsu track andfield team,it summarized the existing problems in the development process and putforward the countermeasure of sustainable development.In order to summarize theinsufficiency and strengths in construction of Jiangsu track and field team andpromotethe scientific development of provincial excellent sports teams.The results have shown that,(1) since the establishment of the team,Jiangsu trackand field team has gone through55years,Its development can be roughly divided intothe initial created stage,the destruction and stagnant stage, the restore developmentstage,the rapid development stage and the steady development stage.（2）on manyaccounts,There are very few opportunities to training for the coaches of Jiangsu trackand field team.the consciousness and atmosphere of research is unsubstantial.Thecoaches’main difficulty are that the post90s athletes are unmanageable,the channel ofselecting athletes is narrow and so on.There are many athletes in the project of dash,heel-and-toe walking race,middle-distance race and marathon,but the number of fieldathlete are few.Half of athletes got into university which entered the team in the past5years, but the arrangements for retired athletes still exist its problems.（3）Overall,thecondition of structure training activities is appraised well,especially to executescheduleand arrange training time is very strict,but they make little of refresher training,mental training and the monitor and diagnosis during the training. Coaches have correctcognition for the importance of scientific training,but there are some questions onraising the level of scientific training.The Jiangsu track and field team can fully grasp many work link of athletes,in place of service management,put in specific request,Theathlete management situation is satisfactory.（4）The main difficulties and problems ofJiangsu track and field team faces in its development are coaches have poorvitality,competition actual strength urgently awaits to strengthen,system constructionandinnovational training need Comprehensive aggrandizement etc.According to the present situation of the construction of Jiangsu track and fieldteam,this paper proposes the following measures:Finding the breakthrough of Trackevents development,Informulating development goals scientifically, boosting teamspirit,leader,backup echelon,advantages the project,competitive structure and elevatingother core competence.Strengthen competition mechanism,build up the ranks,Preparingthe core team for the Olympic Games, unearthing coaches and athletes’ potency andpassion in the round,Lay stress on disseminating and popularizing the development ofadvantageous features of Jiangsu track and field team, To consolidate and strengthen themainstream public opinion,to promote positive energy for sustainable development；toget rid of the obstacles of system and mechanism，Promoting the Depth cohesion ofsparetime training and professionally training, to tamp the development foundation,Construction of the track and field development of the new pattern ofintegration,practices to the transition of the traditional ideas,Strengthen the new powerof innovation and development,Promoting the fundamental transformation ofDevelopment of track and field events,persistingin overall consideration and principleof coordinated development,optimizing the allocation of resources,effort to increasesecurity,extending a space to develop,increasing the vitality of development.
