Research On The Internal Balance Mechanism Of CBA

With the rapid development of economy and society,the people's growing demands for sports are increasingly diversified and personalized,which requires the Chinese basketball association to play its role as a mass social organization and shoulder arduous responsibilities in the process of the rapid development of sports.On March 31,2017,the sports bureau issued the notice on the relevant issues of basketball reform pilot,marking that the materialized reform of China basketball association has entered a new stage,and the Chinese basketball association has made further progress towards being an independent and self-managed pure community organization.In addition,the Chinese basketball association(CBA)and CBA clubs have jointly established the CBA company.While the CBA company operates the CBA league independently,the Chinese basketball association and the clubs jointly manage the league.This is an important move for the Chinese basketball association to get rid of the"government-run" and the CBA to move towards the corporate system.In the professional basketball league,the uncertainty of the result of the game is one of the important factors to attract the audience.In order to pursue the balance of competition the implementation of the checks and balances mechanism for the further development of professional sports league to provide a guarantee,the internal checks and balances mechanism is particularly important.Because of this,this paper USES the literature material law,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,in the Chinese basketball association materialization reform under the background of balance measurement of the CBA league competition,and the internal checks and balances mechanism study of the implementation of the CBA league analysis,contrast to the successful experience of foreign advanced league,find out the existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing,in order to accelerate the CBA professionalization process,promote the development and progress of China's basketball market.The specific conclusions of this study are as follows1.The Chinese basketball association materialization reform has entered the third phase,the "materialization" pure social group association,is the task of this stage is the Chinese basketball association to become independent,mass organizations,non-profit organizations,and shoulder the undertakings of physical culture and sports and basketball special management work,thoroughly implement the "management office separation".2.After calculating the data of several seasons,it is concluded that the CBA league is in a state of imbalance in competition,and the CBA league needs to balance the gap between clubs through appropriate internal balance mechanism,so as to improve the league's ornamental value and gain more commercial benefits.3.In the Chinese basketball association materialization reform under the background of the CBA internal checks and balances mechanism can be divided into three parts,respectively is:the checks and balances mechanism,the benefit balance mechanism,human checks and balances mechanism,in management,CBA league draft,players trading,salary system and salary system on the aspects of team successively for rectification movements,a series of measures to promote the professionalization of the CBA league,respectively from two aspects of competitive,economic,promote the competitive balance between the premier league clubs,to develop China's basketball market,improve the league brand awareness,and accelerate the development of Chinese basketball has made a positive impact.
