| Research Purposes: With the increasingly fierce competition in international tennis competitions,the physical fitness level of tennis players is directly related to the performance of the players’ skills and tactical abilities,thus affecting the results of the game.This article mainly through 10 weeks of tennis multi-ball mobile hitting practice and tennis footwork practice,testing anaerobic capacity indicators,strength and quality indicators before and after the experiment,using physiological and biochemical indicators to monitor the exercise load in the process of physical training,and discussing tennis-specific physical training Influence on the anaerobic capacity of male athletes,establish the important role of physical training in sports competition ability,and provide theoretical basis for the further development of special physical training.Study object and method:This paper mainly adopts the experimental method,and randomly divides 12 second-level tennis players into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group and the control group were trained for 10weeks(three times a week).Among them,the experimental group mainly focused on tennis-specific physical training,while the normal class in the control group mainly focused on the rotation training method.The training load of the two groups was the same.The test content includes anaerobic capacity test and strength,speed index test and related physiological and biochemical index test.Before and after 10 weeks,the two groups of subjects were tested for monitoring indicators such as heart rate(HR),subjective fatigue scale(RPE),blood oxygen saturation(Sa O2),blood lactate(Bla),etc.to assess exercise load and physical fitness.Functional state;Wingate anaerobic work,lactic acid quotient(LQ),strength,speed and other tests were conducted to explore the effect of tennis-specific physical training on the anaerobic capacity of male athletes.SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for data analysis,paired T test was used for intra-group comparison before and after the experiment,and independent samples T test was used for inter-group comparison.The significance level was P<0.05,and the very significant level was P<0.01.The results are as follows: 1.In the tennis-specific physical training process,the heart rate of athletes is around 160-180(bpm)immediately after each exercise.The RPE value after exercise increases with the increase of the number of training groups,and the blood oxygen saturation increases with the number of training groups.The increase of s continued to decrease,indicating that the exercise intensity was relatively large.Compared with before training,there was a significant difference in the success rate of hitting the ball in the experimental group(P<0.01),and the control group had a significant difference(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after training(P>0.05).2.Compared with before the experiment,the peak power,relative peak power,average power,and relative average power values of the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05);the power lapse rate and peak power time were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the control group There was no significant change in the group(P>0.05).Compared between groups after the experiment,the peak power,relative peak power,average power,and relative average power values of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the power decline rate and peak power time were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before the experiment,there was a significant difference in the lactate energy quotient in the experimental group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Compared between the groups after the experiment,the lactate energy quotient of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Compared with before the experiment,the skeletal muscle,lean body mass,and vertical jump of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05);There was a significant increase(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in skeletal muscle,lean body mass and vertical jump in the control group compared with those before the experiment(P>0.05).Compared with before the experiment,the spider running and ten-meter sprint in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05);after the experiment,the spider running and ten-meter sprint in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the performance of spider running and ten-meter sprint in the control group compared with those before the experiment(P>0.05).Research Conclusions:1.The training load arrangement of the tennis-specific physical training program in this study is more reasonable,and the athletes can adjust their optimal physical function state to adapt to the training intensity and training volume.2.After 10 weeks of training intervention,tennis-specific physical training can better improve the energy supply capacity of phosphate and lactic acid in tennis players.3.After 10 weeks of training intervention,tennis-specific physical training can effectively improve the lower body explosive power and speed of tennis players. |
