Objective:Tennis is a skill is very strong in the fierce across the net confrontational sports, in the game, offensive and defensive in the twinkling of an eye. This requires the player has sensitive reaction, accurate judgment, rapid action, and good strength. And all of these physical qualities, are based on the human body's anaerobic work capacity. So will tennis excellent research students, undergraduates and did not participate in the movement regularity of graduate and undergraduate students of anaerobic work capacity as indicators of comparative analysis, the conclusion, it is recommended in the widespread development of tennis, to improve the students' physique. And then compare the test indexes of tennis special graduate and undergraduate, through the conclusion of the experiment will be anaerobic ability of the training, in college tennis teaching and training further improved and strengthened, and to further improve the quality of teaching, make tennis the sport can better in the popularization and development to provide a theoretical basis.Methods: Selection of Wuhan Institute of physical education tennis special research students, second grade 10 boys and did not participate in the study of the motion of the second grade 10 boys and tennis undergraduate sophomore Boys 10 people, did not participate in regular exercise of undergraduate second grade 10 boys, as the experimental object. Tennis special students as the experimental group, the students did not participate in regular exercise as a control group. Wingate by power cycling test method, Train-Tec strength is the biggest in the test instrument, on the anaerobic capacity, maximum strength quality of testing, and the analysis of related data, indicators, to understand college students majoring in tennis and did not participate in regular exercise students anaerobic work capacity, maximum strength quality difference.Results: Upper extremity anaerobic: Graduate tennis group MP value is higher than the control group values and had significant difference(P < 0.05); undergraduate group tennis PP, MP, MP/BW value of were higher than those in undergraduate control group of boys, and has a very significant difference(P < 0.01); value MP/BW undergraduate tennis group, significantly higher than graduate group of tennis. In statistically significant(P < 0.05); graduate undergraduate and control indexes in the control group. There was no significant difference(P > 0.05). Lower extremity anaerobic: Graduate boy tennis group of PP, MP value was significantly higher than that of graduate students in the control group, and has significant difference(P < 0.01) in statistics; value of undergraduate group of tennis of PP, PP/BW, MP, MP/BW were higher than undergraduate control group of boys, and has a very significant difference(P < 0.01); value is was significantly higher than that of graduate value group of tennis, and was very significant(P < 0.01) undergraduate PP/BW tennis group, MP/BW; graduate undergraduate and control indexes in the control group, were no significant difference(P > 0.05). Absolute maximum power: Graduate tennis group and research students compared to the control group, the back muscles of the absolute maximum strength exist significant difference(P < 0.05); and grip lift absolute maximum power there is a very significant difference(P < 0.01); undergraduate group of tennis boys and undergraduate control group boys back muscles of the absolute maximum strength, grip give absolute maximum power is very significant difference(P < 0.01); graduate group of tennis undergraduate students and boys tennis group boys indicators showed no significant difference; graduate control group of boys and undergraduate control indicators of the boys group showed no significant difference.Conclusion:(1) for graduate students of tennis training as an undergraduate system, exercise frequency is relatively low, in upper and lower extremity anaerobic capacity, although graduate tennis group was significantly higher than that of graduate students in the control group, but significantly less than undergraduate tennis group. Therefore, although the tennis sport can significantly improve the college boys, the lower extremity anaerobic capacity, but still need to persevere.(2) the maximum strength of the research group and the undergraduate tennis group is significantly higher than that of the control group and the control group, so the tennis training can significantly improve the maximum strength of the college students.(3) according to the sport of tennis tennis movement characteristics, basic metabolism, anaerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity test method, anaerobic capacity test indicators, through the comparison of the tennis graduate and did not participate in the regular exercise of graduate students, the tennis, and did not participate in the regular exercise of undergraduate, tennis graduate students and undergraduate students, did not participate in the tennis movement regularity of graduate and undergraduate students did not participate in the regular exercise of anaerobic quality and maximum power quality, research status and the true and accurate data that affect the tennis training of college boys anaerobic work capacity, put forward the suggestion to improve the college students' physical fitness.
