| Ethnic minority areas are marginalized in terms of technology,capital,human resources,and industry,which is the foundation and key to rural revitalization,and the biggest starting point of revitalization lies in the development of vocational education in ethnic minority areas.The revitalization of vocational education development plays a key role in local economic development and social stability.In the face of the general requirements of rural revitalization,vocational education in ethnic minority areas needs to accelerate the development process,enhance the inheritance of ethnic skills,promote and protect ethnic culture,promote the transformation and upgrading of industries in ethnic minority areas,enhance the social service capacity of ethnic vocational education,and increase energy for rural revitalization.However,at present,vocational education in ethnic minority areas still faces many problems in running schools,teachers,infrastructure construction,etc.,and there are also extremely serious problems of rural hollowing out in ethnic minority areas.It is urgent to clarify the coupling logic of vocational education and rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas,and accurately implement the development path of vocational education in ethnic minority areas under the rural revitalization strategy.The research is divided into five parts.The first part is divided into introduction,including research origin and research significance,research ideas,analysis framework and research methods,and literature review.Literature review mainly focuses on vocational education,rural revitalization and vocational education in ethnic minority areas.The second part is the basic theoretical research of the country,including the analysis of related concepts,ethnic areas vocational education policy review and support theoretical research,here the national policy and eight ethnic provinces policy review,introduced the social empowerment theory and rural revitalization theory as support,and discusses the rural revitalization of vocational education under the background of logic change and the development of ethnic vocational education.The third part is a study on the development status of vocational education in ethnic minority areas under the rural revitalization strategy.The D school and G school are analyzed,and the case analysis method and interview method are comprehensively used here.Finally,the development effect of these two schools in serving the rural revitalization strategy is summarized.The fourth part is based on the current analysis,including cultural inheritance,policy environment,professional matching,talent management and practical education,and analyzes the causes based on the empowerment theory.The fifth part puts forward specific development strategies according to some existing problems,specifically from five aspects: management empowerment,environmental empowerment,system empowerment,mechanism empowerment and cultural empowerment.The possible innovation of the research lies in the comparative analysis of vocational colleges in two different ethnic areas,some difficulties in vocational education in ethnic areas under the background of rural revitalization appear,and the empowerment theory is introduced for analysis,and the corresponding development paths are proposed according to the difficulties. |
