The particularity of vocational education in ethnic areas reflects thst it is rooted in the rich and unique ethnic culture in the first place,it has the dual nature of vocational education and ethnic-culture education.Promoting cultural production in the vocational colleges in ethnic areas is to play a fundamental role in vocational education in the ethnic areas,it is the basic requirement of inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture,and it also improve the quality of technical skills talents cultivation,the important way to serve the development of ethnic cultural industry.Under the guidance of utilitarianism and technicism,the vocational education ignores the inherent cultural function,therefore,it aggravates ethnic cultural fault,social cultural loss and so on.So,accurate positioning and give full play to ethnic-culture education function of vocational education in ethnic areas should be attached great importance and rethink.As the only national comprehensive reform pilot area in vocational education in ethnic areas,Guangxi has played a leading and exploratory role,it has carried out a large amount of exploration.This study focuses on the core of the problem of the vocational education in ethnic regions how to play ethnic-culture education function,it is based on the theory of multicultural education,education anthropology,adopted by document-data method,questionnaire investigation method,interview investigation method,comparative research method,etc,it strives to achieve the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,thus effectively to analyze the specific practices,effectiveness and insufficient of Guangxi,it's in order to evaluate performance and summarize experience better.This study aims to promote idea transformation of vocational education inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture,and try to construct the basic mechanism and implementation path.This article is divided into seven parts:The first part mainly describes the introduction of the present study.Firstly,from the national macroscopic policy,the ethnic vocational education scientific research,the experimental zone construction in Guangxi and the researcher self-condition draw forth the origin of this study;Secondly,I illustrate the purpose and meaning of this research from aspects of theory and practice;Thirdly,I includedthe situation of the study from the development of related research,the value and significance,methods and strategy for the analysis,through the collection and analysis of related research literature,I lay the foundation for this study;Fourthly,the paper introduces the research ideas and methods of this article;Finally,I define the research of the core concepts.The second part mainly summarizes the theoretical basis of this study.It concretely introduces the connotation and meaning of Multicultural Education Theory,Multicultural Integration Education Theory,Educational Anthropology Theory,it provides new theoretical basis for this research institute to vocational education in ethnic areas in the service of the ethnic culture inheritance and innovation.The third part mainly describes the value of the inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture in the vocational education in ethnic areas.Paying attention to fully functional of the vocational education in ethnic areas is important in the inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture,this is not only play a cultural function of vocational education in ethnic areas,but also optimize professional settings of vocational education in ethnic areas,serving the needs of the upgrading of industrial structure in ethnic regions,it is also the characterization of strategic choice to promote the development of vocational colleges in ethnic regions,and it raises the ethnic cultural soft power,is the important measures to safeguard national cultural security.The fourth part mainly discusses the Guangxi's practice of inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture in vocational education in ethnic areas.First of all,I overall look the effect of Guangxi;Second,introducting three good examples of vocational schools in Guangxi which promote etnnic culture inheritance and innovation better;Ones more again,explaining trouble characterization from the evolution of policy,professional Settings,teaching staff,curriculum development and practice;In the end,discussing the causes of the current predicament from the absence of education concept,and linking to the regional industrial structure level of the difference of ethnic culture specific.The fifth part mainly elaborates the concept innovation of the vocational education in ethnic areas of inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture.Education concept can guide and inspire people's long-term struggle for the realization of education ideal.For this purpose,from three aspects:society,school and students,to innovate social cognitive theory of vocational education in ethnic areas,convert school-running direction of vocational colleges in ethnic regions,improve vocational education students' professional values in ethnic areas.The sixth part is mainly states the reconstruction of mechanism of inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture in vocational education in ethnic areas.On a macro level,the policy guarantee mechanism should be perfected;On a exosystem level,compensation incentive mechanism shouid be carried out;On a micro level organization and management mechanism shall be improved.Various mechanisms maintain independence,and they connect with each other and interact.The seventh part mainly details the path of the ehtnic culture inheritance and innovation in the vocational education in ethnic areas.Developing ethnic culture into the campus activities,rich multicultural atmosphere of the campus;Adjusting class of ethnic culture professional settings,docking ethnic cultural industry;developing school-based teaching material of ethnic culture,rich ethnic culture and curriculum resources;strengthening ethnic culture class teachers'training,raise the ethnic cultural heritage and constructing ethnic culture class training base,strengthening the students' vocational skills training.To realize ethnic culture education function of vocational education in ethnic areas shoul be from five specific implementation path.
