Research On The Balanced Development Of Rural Compulsory Education In Ethnic Areas Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization means the national prosperity,while the rural decline means the national decline.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy requires priority development of rural compulsory education.However,the education issues are changing in different eras.The transformation of the main contradictions of our society in the new era is reflected in the level of education,that is,the contradiction between the people 's demand for high-quality education and the uneven and insufficient development of education.China is a multi-ethnic country.The balanced development of rural compulsory education in ethnic areas is the key to achieving educational equity in China 's current educational undertakings and is also an important part of promoting the realization of a better life for people in ethnic areas.This article takes Enshi City,Hubei Province as an example,analyzes the current situation and causes of the uneven development of rural compulsory education in Enshi City,proposes feasible countermeasures,and further clarifies the future research direction.Enshi City is mainly dominated by Tujia and Miao peoples,and it is also a multi-ethnic area,similar to other minority areas in western China,with a certain degree of representation.In recent years,although the development of rural compulsory education in Enshi has achieved a basic balance,due to the limitations of rural factors,the unidirectional mobility of teacher resources and the particularity of the cultural background of ethnic areas,the development has been compared with the overall level of the country.The speed is relatively slow,showing an obvious imbalance.There are mainly problems such as uneven school level,insufficient high-quality teachers and unreasonable curriculum.In response to the existing problems,the following measures need to be improved: first,seize the strategic opportunity of rural revitalization and focus on the development of the rural economy;second,improve the education evaluation system and optimize the allocation of teacher resources;third,pay attention to the education of national traditional culture and pay attention to student reality problem.The unique historical background and living habits of ethnic regions require unique educational mechanisms and contents that are suitable for them.Therefore,standing at the height of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,combined with Marxist national equality theory and Xi Jinping's exposition on education equity,comprehensively examine the balanced development of rural compulsory education in ethnic areas,raise it to the national strategic level,and fully tap its unique value and importance Mission,will contribute to the early realization of the revitalization of rural areas in ethnic areas.
