The education industry has been hit hardly by the Covid-19 pandemic and is facing the policy of "double reduction".Most of them are facing career change and unemployment,and many educational institutions have completely closed down.Even,many well-known education institutions also fell into a dilemma.In order to continue to survive and develop in the feature,most of the remaining education institutions have begun to adjust and upgrade to adapt to the development needs of the market as soon as possible.As a frontier province of China,Yunnan province is relatively backward in political economy and education.However,driven by the "14th Five-Year Plan",highquality development has become the theme of China’s current and even long-term economic and social development.The sustainable development of all industries needs to focus on "high-quality development",and education and training industry is no exception.However,under the dual influence of the Covid-19 pandemic and the "double reduction",the situation of education institutions,especially those involving offline remedial courses and K12 remedial courses,has become increasingly difficult,and most of the education and training institutions in Yunnan province have closed down one after another.H education institutions in Yunnan,as one of the oldest education institutions,in the fierce market competition have to own a piece of land,and even institutions can become bigger and stronger in the future,both in terms of brand management,marketing,human resources,etc,should make the corresponding adjustment,excavate the potential advantages of its core competitiveness to adapt to the rapidly changing market.This paper uses literature research method,case analysis method and interview method to study the optimization and improvement of the core competitiveness of H education institution in Yunnan under the background of high-quality development.The main content of the article includes the following three aspects:1.Analysis on the current situation of core competitiveness of H education institutions in Yunnan.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of the education and training industry and H education institution in Yunnan,the key success factors of the education industry in Yunnan province are summarized from the aspects of teachers,recruitment channels,company brand,capital operation ability,curriculum research and development ability,marketing ability and customer communication and management ability.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current competitiveness of H education institution in Yunnan from the aspects of human resources,enrollment channels,financial resources,teaching facilities and equipment,company brand,capital operation ability,operation ability,marketing ability and curriculum research and development ability,and finally determines its core competitiveness through the VRIO model.Finally,the paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of core competitiveness of H education institution in Yunnan.2.Analysis of the external environment of H education institution in Yunnan.PESTG and five forces model are used to analyze the mechanism.At the same time,it also expounds the requirements of high quality development on the education industry in terms of resources and capacity.3.Based on the above research,researcher conclude that: under the background of high-quality development,H education and training institutions in Yunnan must optimize the existing core competitiveness of the company in order to make new development breakthroughs in the future.Based on the perspective of its resources and capabilities,this paper analyzes the direction and path of core competitiveness improvement and optimization of YUNNAN H Education and Training Company,as well as the proposal and implementation of relevant system.The innovation of the paper as follow,1.Research background innovation.Based on the latest national "14th Five-Year Plan" proposed high-quality development H education institution in Yunnan as the theme,this paper studies the construction of core competitiveness of education institutions in the education industry under the multiple background of epidemic and "double reduction".2.H education institution in Yunnan is a rare comprehensive business education institution in the market that integrates cultural guidance,language training,family education and overseas study service.The research on it has certain comprehensive representatives of the industry.
