| In the past decade,education has gradually industrialized,making all kinds of training institutions emerging and expanding at the historic moment is a situation of many giants and many followers,especially the rise of online education affected by the epidemic.A large number of funds have poured into the education and training market,the industry is further growing,the group of teachers engaged in the education and training industry is getting bigger and larger,and the influence of students is becoming more and more extensive.Therefore,the competence of teachers in the education and training industry is a field worth research.Although the concept of“competence” was clearly put forward as early as 1970,domestic research on competence focuses on the management competence of companies and enterprises,and attention is relatively scarce to the competence of teachers,especially to the competence of teachers in education and training institutions.However,through adjusting statistics,we develop this group of a large number,special identity,wide influence,worthy of attention.Therefore,this paper selects the stage of basic education and training to study the competence of teachers in DF education and training institutions,and completes the following tasks:First of all,the eclectic“model”,for the theoretical construction of the optimization of teachers’ competence.That is,to explore and reflect on two classic models about competence of general significance,one by one iceberg model and onion model.On this basis,a comprehensive model of teacher competence elements in DF education and training institutions is constructed.The model includes career dimension,teaching dimension,personal trait dimension,market dimension,and creation dimension,model content and teacher evaluation and human resource management.Secondly,according to the elements of the comprehensive model constructed by the author,and the practical basis of teacher competency optimization is presented,that is,the problems existing in teacher competency in DF education and training institutions.These problems include the weak relationship between teachers and parents;the lack of understanding of students;the lack of uniqueness of teaching classroom and the lack of reflection and sharing habits.First,firstly,as far as individual teachers are concerned,many teachers in DF education and training institutions still lack complete career planning and educational cultivation.Second,from an organizational perspective,the organization and management of DF education and training institutions still lacks order and corresponding organizational culture.Finally,combining the above problems and inductive reasons,this paper proposes an optimization strategy for teachers in basic education training institutions.And from the teacher competency model construction analysis,this paper expounds the education training institutions teachers in the process should pay attention to matters and problems,its significance is to competency model fusion education training institutions teacher recruitment,implements the talent hiring innovation,can better provide the basis for education training institutions teacher hiring. |
