Research On The Talent Development Environment Of Local Party Press Group Under The Background Of Media Convergence ——Taking Y Press Group As An Example

The party’s press and public opinion work is an important matter in governing the country,stabilizing the country and securing the country.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has placed media and public opinion work in an important position and made strategic plans to accelerate the integrated development of traditional and new media.In the development of media convergence,talents with high quality,high ability and professional technical knowledge are valuable resources and core competitiveness of media.It is a common dilemma that local Party Press Groups face nowadays.How to alleviate "talent thirst" ? Creating a competitive talent development environment has become the key guarantee and requirement for promoting the media integration of local Party Presss Groups.In order to analyze the problems of talent development environment of local Party Presss Group and put forward optimization suggestions,it is necessary to scientifically construct the evaluation index system of talent development environment factors of local Party Presss Group.In this paper,Delphi method is adopted to construct the evaluation index system of environmental factors for talent development of local Party Presss Group,which consists of five sub-systems and 21 indicators.And through the analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each index is assigned.The results show that in the evaluation index system of talent development environment of local Party Presss Group,the talent system environment is regarded as the most influential to talent development.This paper uses the talent development factor evaluation index system of local Party newspaper group to evaluate the talent development environment of Y newspaper Group,and according to the evaluation results,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the talent development environment of Y newspaper Group,and puts forward suggestions on optimizing the talent development environment from four aspects.Whether local Party Presss Groups can adapt to the general trend and lead the all-media era,a key point lies in whether local Party Presss Groups break down various barriers in talent development,through creating a competitive talent development environment,effectively enhance their own development level and development advantages.
