| Epee is an advantageous event of competitive sports in Yunnan.It has trained a group of excellent epee athletes such as Li Ming,sun Yujie and Cao Yulian,and made outstanding contributions to the excellent achievements of competitive sports in our province at home and abroad.The proud achievements are inseparable from the continuous transportation of reserve talents by professional teams in various prefectures of Yunnan Province.At the same time,there are still some obstacles in the cultivation of elite talents,especially in the field of excellent reserve talents,such as poor system,poor mechanism and prominent contradiction between learning and training.As a result,there are some phenomena such as lack of stamina,disconnection of high-level talents and continuous decline of strength level in some traditional advantageous projects,It has seriously restricted and affected the high-quality and sustainable development of competitive sports.This paper focuses on seven traditional Epee talent training units of Yunnan fencing team,Yunnan youth training center,Kunming Sports School,Honghe sports school,Yuxi sports school,Wenshan sports school and Dali sports school,as well as Yunnan Tuoli Fencing Club,Boao Fencing Club,Jiabo Fencing Club,Kunming Bole Fencing Club,Olympia Fencing Club Epee athletes and coaches from six fencing clubs of Jason Fencing Club were studied.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the characteristics,hardware facilities and financial guarantee,athlete characteristics and coach characteristics of the two modes of Epee reserve talent training in Yunnan Province,and explores the factors affecting Epee reserve talent training in Yunnan Province.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the traditional "three-level" Training mode athletes are still the main force of the reserve talent team of Epee in Yunnan Province.Athletes have high selection requirements,strong training purpose,high attention of parents,good sports level and competition results of athletes,high overall sports experience of coaches and rich teaching experience.However,the distribution of coaches in this model is uneven,and the hardware facilities and training funds can not meet the needs of athletes’ high-quality training.(2)The club training mode can take into account both profitable training and the training of reserve talents.The hardware facilities and training funds are sufficient,but athletes need to pay high training expenses,which makes it difficult for some athletes with no economic foundation or slightly poor economic foundation to adhere to Fencing Training for a long time,which affects the stability of athletes,a large brain drain,and then affects Club fun Development of the Ministry.Moreover,there are few athletes with low selection requirements,strong mobility,long-term training,no strong training intention and professional appeal,the coach team is generally young,the technical level is low,and the sports experience and teaching experience are slightly insufficient.(3)From the overall situation,the reserve talent base of Epee in Yunnan Province is small,the age structure of athletes is unreasonable,and the number of athletes gradually decreases with the increase of age;Fencing Association has not been established in Yunnan Province,clubs are concentrated in provincial capital cities,epee competitions are less in Yunnan Province,and the number of athletes is insufficient;coaches are unevenly distributed,receive training is poor,and overall scientific research Ability is not strong.Training too tired,no energy to study,weak learning foundation,wrong learning methods and insufficient learning time are the main factors affecting the learning quality of athletes’ culture class.The contradiction between learning and training is still a difficult problem perplexing the cultivation of reserve talents of Epee competitive sports in Yunnan Province.(4)Using the factor analysis method,the 20 influencing factors are extracted by the principal component analysis method.Five common factors are named as: athlete factor,policy and system factor,condition factor,coach factor and social environment factor.They are the main factors affecting the cultivation of Epee reserve talents in Yunnan Province. |
