| Young talents for the competitive sports is the sports development and the keystone of prosperity.The cultivation of reserve talents is display an important embodiment of national athletic sports strength.It is an important guarantee for a national athletics sports sustainable development.Only sufficient competitive sports reserve talent reserve to for high level competitions will transport players injected fresh blood.Therefore,competitive tennis reserve personnel training is the development of tennis in China is one of the important work in the various factors influencing the development of tennis in China,the cultivation of reserve talents is one of the main factors.This research through the use of literature,field research,questionnaire survey and expert interviews and other research methods of Liaoning Province competitive tennis back-up personnel training present situation investigation,find out the factors of restricting sustainable development of Liaoning Province tennis reserve talents,and puts forward the effective path of sustainable development.And on the impact of factors of competitive tennis reserve talent cultivation in Liaoning Province are analyzed through the organization of the relevant experts in the field.And according to the influence degree of each index were screened,after screening of three factors to determine the 14 kinds of influence economy of Liaoning Province tennis dynamic reserve personnel training target,will be attributed to external factors and their impact for Two factors most.Using SPSS 21.0 statistical software of the principal component analysis method of 14 kinds of influence factor analysis,and confirm the weight,in order to better image,vivid impact on our province competitive tennis reserve personnel training factors affecting the degree of importance is intuitive understanding,to lay the important theoretical foundation for promoting the sustainable development of Liaoning Province tennis sport.The conclusions of this study are:(1)China's professional tennis training system followed national athletics sports development policies,from "whole nation system" towards the tennis players "solo" mode transition,gradually formed conforms to the practice of Liaoning Province professional tennis movement development reserve personnel training system.(2)In the external influence factors of sports tennis reserve talents training in Liaoning Province,"the coach level" factor is the first,the weight is 0.173,followed by "family support","the basis of the development of tennis" and so on.(3)In influencing factors,the athletes "physical fitness" ranked first,"training motivation","movement technical level" influence factor weight decreased,but are in the reserve personnel training process can not be ignored problems.Strategies for promoting the sustainable development of competitive tennis reserve talents in Liaoning province:(1)Adhere to the "spirit of the contract",to strengthen the ideological education of athletes.(2)Increase the tennis coaches "charging" implementation,enhance the core competitiveness of competitive sports.(3)The introduction of social capital,increase investment in training efforts.(4)The optimization of material movement system,improve the selection efficiency. |
