Abstract/Summary:
Preschool children refer to the groups who have not yet reached the school age and have started group learning in kindergartens to cultivate living habits.Because their physiology is in a period of rapid development,but their psychological development is relatively slow.There are huge differences between families and kindergartens in terms of living systems and ways of getting along.Urbanized life will lead to small activity spaces and relative social isolation,which is prone to development.deviation on.The language ability of preschool children is not yet fully mature,and they express inner conflict more through behavior.Therefore,the preschool stage is a high-incidence stage of behavioral problems,and it is also an age stage that is easy to identify and intervene.If there is no corresponding scientific intervention and correction,it will have a huge impact on the formation and development of adolescence and psychological maturity in the future.Individual sandplay is a relatively mature psychological intervention technology.Through one-on-one sandplay work between psychological teachers and preschool children,preschool children are given a safe and supportive space for selfexpression.The unstructured game process helps preschool children to visualize and express their inner world in stories,promote the release of unconscious repression,relieve inner conflict,and then deepen self-awareness,integrate self-strength,and reduce the probability of behavior problems.This study took preschool children(4-6years old)in a kindergarten in the capital city of the central region(Wuhan City)as the research objects.Through questionnaire screening,combined with the interview data of teachers and parents,a total of 12 children with behavioral problems were screened out.child.After obtaining the consent of the parents and the kindergarten,6 children were given individual sandplay intervention,the frequency was 1-2 times/week,and lasted for 3 months.The remaining 6 preschool children served as a control group without intervention.By analyzing the pre-and post-test data of the questionnaire,the interview materials of parents and class teachers,and sandplay works,the specific manifestations of preschool children’s behavioral problems,possible causes and the intervention effect of individual sandplays on behavioral problems were explored.Research indicates:(1)The individual sand table game is suitable for the development level of preschool children.It can well present inner conflict in the sand table game.The sand table in the early stage usually presents a state of aggression,division,and disorder.Through the intervention of the individual sand table game,the style of transformation appeared in the later period,the heart began to integrate,and the behavioral problems were gradually improved.The pre-and post-test data analysis showed that the intervention effect of individual sandplay was significant.(2)The underlying causes and manifestations of behavioral problems in preschool children are diverse.Conflicts of caregivers within the family,indifferent family atmosphere,lack of interpersonal communication,unexpected life events,etc.will all lead to the occurrence of behavioral problems in preschool children.It manifests itself in a variety of ways,such as aggressive behavior,anxiety,and withdrawal.(3)The behavioral problems of preschool children are strongly correlated with the family of origin.Realistic factors such as different parenting styles of parents in the family,intergenerational parenting,and the education of children absent from one of the parents not only affect the psychological development of preschool children,but also hinder the intervention process of subsequent behavioral problems.(4)According to the interview data after the intervention,it is found that after the behavioral problems of preschool children are effectively intervened,the positive effects will penetrate into their lives.Regardless of the performance in the family or in the kindergarten,their emotions are more stable,and their aggressive behaviors are reduced.Verbal expression increases.
