| Children’s behavior problem refers to the abnormal behavior that exceeds the normal range allowed by the corresponding age in the severity and duration.Children’s behavior problems will not only affect children’s growth and development and socialization process,but also cause social maladjustment,emotional disorder,drug abuse,crime and mental illness in adolescence and adulthood.In recent years,the detection rate of children’s behavior problems,especially preschool children’s behavior problems,is increasing.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out early intervention on children’s behavior problems.Sandplay therapy is a relatively mature psychotherapy at present.It takes Sandplay and Sandplay as the media of psychotherapy,which is unique and widely recognized by the community.Group sandplay is a kind of therapy mode combining group counseling technology with sandplay therapy.Existing studies show that group sandplay can effectively improve the behavior problems of primary school students,and promote the development of preschool children’s theory of mind and executive function.Because theory of mind,executive function and behavior problems are related,this study attempts to use group sandplay to intervene preschool children’s behavior problems,and explore the influence of group sandplay on children’s behavior problems,theory of mind and executive function development,And in the course of group sand table game,explore how the improvement of children’s theory of mind and executive function plays a role in behavior problems.In this study,the middle class and large class children in a kindergarten affiliated to Haikou City were selected as the research objects,and 33 children with externalization problems,internalization problems or behavior problems were screened out by the way of parents’ measurement.In addition,three children whose parents scored lower than the norm were strongly recommended by the teacher.They were included in the experiment after the interview,so a total of 36 children participated in the experiment.The pretest of theory of mind and executive function was conducted in 36 children.According to the total score of externality,internalization and behavior problems,and the distribution of theory of mind and executive function,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 18 children in each group.The intervention frequency was 2 times a week,a total of 24 times.One week after the experiment,the children’s behavior problems(parents’ assessment),theory of mind and executive function were tested.Through the pre-test and post-test statistical test of children’s behavior problems,theory of mind and executive function scores,and the qualitative analysis of group sandplay history and Sandplay works,this paper discusses the intervention effect of group sandplay on preschool children’s behavior problems,theory of mind and executive function,and how the promotion of theory of mind and executive function has an effect on children’s behavior problems.The results show that:(1)Group sandplay improves the theory of mind and executive function of preschool children.(2)Group sandplay reduces preschool children’s behavior problems.(3)The improvement of children’s theory of mind is similar to the reduction of children’s internalization problems,while the improvement of executive function is similar to the reduction of children’s externalization problems.(4)After three months of group sandplay intervention,the theme of preschool children’s Sandplay has had a positive change.The trauma theme in group sandplay works is decreasing,and the healing theme is increasing,showing a theme change from "trauma" to "transformation" and then to "healing". |
