Primary school teachers in rural areas are the main force of rural basic education,the key force for the development of rural basic education,and the builder and promoter of rural teacher’s morality training mechanism.To give full play to these positive forces,the key lies in teachers’ morality,and the key lies in perfecting the training mechanism of teachers’ morality in rural primary schools.This paper focuses on the central issue of teacher’s morality training mechanism in rural primary schools at present.On the basis of previous studies,it comprehensively applies humanistic management theory,teacher’s professional development theory and coordination theory,and uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.School administrators and teachers in three rural primary schools in X county are selected as the investigation objects,and the current situation of teacher’s morality training mechanism is investigated from three aspects: teacher’s morality education and publicity,teacher’s morality supervision and assessment,teacher’s morality reward and punishment.After investigation,it is found that the overall situation of teacher’s morality training mechanism in three rural primary schools in X county is showing a good trend,but there are still problems in school management and teachers’ own level in actual operation.Problems in schools: First,the mechanism of teacher’s morality education and publicity is not perfect;Second,the supervision and assessment mechanism of teachers’ morality is imperfect;Third,the reward and punishment mechanism of teachers’ morality is not in place.There are some problems at the teacher level: First,teachers’ professional identity is not high;Second,the concept of lifelong learning is not strong;Third,the pressure of occupation and life is great.The reasons are influenced by three aspects: First,the negative effects brought by the social market economy and the influence of multiple values.Second,it is affected by the shortage of school resources,which is manifested in the fact that the limited material conditions can’t meet the development needs of schools,and the formalization of teacher’s morality training mechanism.Third,influenced by teachers’ own quality,teachers’ professional quality is not high and it is difficult to adapt to high-pressure environment.To solve the problems existing in the current training mechanism of teachers’ morality in rural primary schools,it is necessary to formulate a scheme suitable for the training mechanism of teachers’ morality in rural primary schools based on the characteristics of rural primary schools and existing resources.Accordingly,after in-depth analysis and consideration of the research object,this paper attempts to construct a "three-in-one" model of teacher’s morality training mechanism in rural primary schools,which includes three-dimensional teacher’s morality education and publicity,full-process teacher’s morality supervision and assessment,and visualization of teacher’s morality reward and punishment,in order to improve and perfect the teacher’s morality training mechanism in rural primary schools.
