In the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,vocational education has a broad future and great promise,among which secondary vocational education undertakes the important task of cultivating high-quality laborers and technical and technical personnel who can develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically,and labor in an all-round way.Secondary vocational schools should give full play to the key role of the ideological and political science class in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue,help young people buckle the "first button" of life,build a solid ideological foundation,give prominence to the practical orientation in the process of carrying out ideological and political education,explore a long-term mechanism for practicing and educating people,and actively carry out practical teaching in the ideological and political education class.With the title of "Research on practical teaching of ideological and political course in Kunming Secondary Vocational Schools",this paper investigates five secondary vocational schools,including Yunnan National Secondary Professional School,Kunming Guandu District Vocational High School,Kunming First Vocational Secondary Professional School,Yunnan Traffic Technician College,and Yunnan Engineering Vocational College Secondary School,conducts a questionnaire survey of 518 secondary vocational students in these schools,interviews and surveys of 15 practical teaching instructors of ideological and political science class,and on the basis of collating and analyzing the survey results,At present,the problems of insufficient teaching objectives,imperfect design of teaching content,and insufficient flexibility of teaching methods in the practical teaching of ideological and political science in secondary vocational schools are put forward,and the causes are analyzed from internal factors and external factors,and relevant countermeasures such as adhering to the principle of practicing education,establishing the concept of practical education,and building a multi-dimensional ideological and political science practical teaching system are proposed,so as to enhance the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political science course in secondary vocational schools,and cultivate a large number of new talents who meet the needs of social development and enterprises and have the spirit of craftsmanship and professional accomplishment.
