| Secondary vocational school students are a kind of special group,whose emotions fluctuate greatly during adolescence.Meanwhile,a series of troubles and perplexities caused by academic frustration lead to psychological tension and anxiety,which are prone to produce a variety of psychological disorders.Without a good social support network and a high sense of self-efficacy,it is easy to have a variety of adverse stress reactions,further endangering mental health.This study aims to reveal the relationship between social support,general selfefficacy and mental health of secondary vocational students,so as to provide a basis for carrying out effective mental health work of secondary vocational students and improving their mental health level.In this study,the subscale of general self-efficacy,social support rating scale and mental health scale of middle school students were used to investigate 509 secondary vocational school students,and spss20.0 was used to analyze the relationship among social support,general self-efficacy and mental health of secondary vocational school students.The conclusion is as follows :(1)secondary vocational students have good social support,general self-efficacy and mental health.(2)there are different degrees of differences among the three demographic variables in personality,single child status,class cadre status,father’s education level,family structure and family economic status.(3)general self-efficacy has a significant positive correlation with all dimensions of social support,social support has a significant negative correlation with all dimensions of mental health,and general self-efficacy has a significant negative correlation with all dimensions of mental health.Social support and general self-efficacy have predictive effects on mental health. |
