With the rapid development of society and economy and the continuous promotion of education reform,in 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the guiding opinions on doing a good job in after-school services in primary and secondary schools,and the after-school services in schools across the country were officially launched.In the process of carrying out after-school services,provinces and cities have achieved some phased results.After combing,summarizing and analyzing the existing research results,this study uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to send questionnaires to 217 teachers and 225 students’ parents in five primary schools in M City,and interview students’ parents and school teachers.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview data,it is found that there are some problems in the after-school service,such as the inadequate training of teachers before receiving the service,the low willingness of parents to participate in the after-school service,the single service content,the lack of diversification of forms,the insufficient allocation of teachers in the after-school service,and the great work pressure of teachers.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of relevant policies and regulations on after-school services,the insufficient cognitive depth of different groups on after-school services,the limited school resources,the difficult implementation process,the lack of protection of teachers’ rights and interests,and the difficulty of introducing off campus resources.According to the analysis of the existing problems and causes,under the guidance of educational theory,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: improve the management mechanism of after-school service,strengthen the cognition of different groups on after-school service,establish a correct concept of after-school service,improve the activity contents and methods of after-school service,and build a professional team of teachers. |
