With the continuous development of market economy and the deepening of urbanization,rural parents attach increasing importance to basic education.However,due to the parents' working hours and primary school school time there is a certain gap misalist,resulting in many parents can not pick up and drop off in time to take care of their children,the social demand for after-school services is increasing.In 2017,Shandong Province arranged the deployment of after-school services for primary schools and requested that after-school services be fully launched by the end of September 2019.Since the fall semester of the year,County J has been promoting after-school services in elementary schools.Influenced by objective factors such as the large number of primary schools and the low resources,the rural primary schools encountered many difficulties in the implementation of after-school services,which created some management problems.Based on this,this paper uses literature research method,investigation method and other methods,in the clear basic concept of after-school service,summarized and combed the existing research literature on the basis of J County rural primary school as an example,from the parents and teachers of the county to carry out after-school services and other practical situations,found that there is a shortage of teachers,heavy workload;The reasons behind the lack of attention in schools,the lack of ideological awareness of teachers,and the unscientific understanding of some rural parents have been interpreted,and countermeasures have been put forward from the following aspects.First,through innovative management concept,strengthen supervision services,reduce administrative burden to further change the concept of understanding,improve the government guidance of after-school services,second,through changing service ideas,enrich service content,improve the service team,further strengthen the main consciousness,improve the management of after-school service organizations,third,through the establishment of a multi-fund support mechanism,deepen parents' participation in cooperation,promote the application of information technology to further unite all parties,optimize the post-school service environment support.
