| In recent years,with the adjustment of China’s recruitment policy,great changes have also taken place in the population structure,students groups will become the main source of the future power men,retired school students groups will be more and more appeared in the university campus,after two years of experience of military career makes them even more determined,more self-discipline.However,through preliminary questionnaires and interviews,it is found that due to the huge difference between the army and the campus environment,they will face a series of campus adaptability problems when they return to campus.As one of the college students returning from military service,the author can personally feel the trouble brought to them by the inadaptation after returning to school.In view of this,this study takes the college students returning from military service in L University as an example.By reading literature,actual contact with the group,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews found that most of the retired school students in learning adaptability problem is more outstanding,mainly include the knowledge system fault,slow transition,poor learning state,and the new students have a gap,such as the limited study and communication,this study adopts the method of combining quantitative and qualitative,In advantage perspective under the guidance of theory,the self-adjusting learning theory,combined with group cooperation model respectively from the self-understanding and self-acceptance,self-regulation,decompression art,build confidence,clear objectives,set sail design seven professional team activities,and use the retired school college students learning adaptability scale measurement before and after the analysis of team members,To evaluate the effectiveness of group intervention.The practice results show that the study adaptability of returning college students can be improved through the intervention of group social work by guiding group members to discover their own advantages,enhance self-confidence,clarify learning goals,and stimulate learning motivation.Finally,based on the research results of this paper,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the learning adaptability of returning college students from the aspects of individual level,school level and social policy. |
