| In this study,900 freshmen from three high schools in Hanzhong and Yan’an were selected as the research objects.The General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),The Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA)and Adolescents’ Social Adjustment Assessment Scale(ASAAS)were used to evaluate the research objects.Survey,using statistical software SPSS25.0 for data analysis,to study the general self-efficacy,mental toughness,social adaptation status and differences in demographic variables of freshmen in high school,and to explore the relationship among the three.Research indicates:(1)The general self-efficacy of high school freshmen is at the medium level,the Resilience is at the medium-to-high level,and the social adaptation status is good.(2)On the level of general self-efficacy,the score of boys is significantly higher than that of girls;the score of urban students is significantly higher than that of rural students.(3)In terms of resilience,boys scored significantly higher than girls in emotional control and personal strength,and girls scored significantly higher than boys in goal focus,family support,interpersonal assistance and support;urban students scored significantly higher in psychological resilience.goal focus,emotional control,interpersonal assistance,personal strength and support dimension scores were significantly higher than those of rural students;the students who entered the junior high school of our school scored in the total score of psychological resilience,emotional control,positive cognition,interpersonal assistance,personal strength and support The score of the force dimension was significantly higher than that of the students who were not promoted to the junior high school of the school;the scores of the total score of psychological resilience,interpersonal assistance and support of the students without left-behind experience were significantly higher than those of the students with left-behind experience.(4)On the level of Social Adjustment,girls scored significantly higher than boys in the dimensions of prosocial tendencies and negative withdrawal,and boys scored significantly higher than girls in the dimensions of positive coping,social alienation and illegal behavior;the only child scored significantly higher in the dimensions of social alienation For non-only children;urban students scored significantly higher than rural students in the dimensions of total social adaptation,positive social adaptation,self-affirmation,action efficiency and positive coping,and rural students scored in negative social adaptation,self-disturbance,social alienation and negative withdrawal.Significantly higher than urban students;students who were promoted from the junior high school of our school scored significantly higher on the dimension of self-affirmation than students who were promoted from the junior high school of the school,and the students who were promoted from the junior high school of the school scored in the dimensions of negative social adaptation,self-disturbance and social alienation Significantly higher than the students who were promoted from the junior high school of our school;students with left-behind experience scored significantly higher than those without left-behind experience in the dimensions of self-disturbance and social distancing;students with on-campus housing experience scored significantly higher than those without on-campus housing in the self-affirmation dimension experienced students.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between general self-efficacy and the total score of mental toughness and each dimension;general self-efficacy has a significant positive correlation with the total score of social adaptation and all dimensions of positive social adaptation;except for the dimension of violations,the general self-efficacy There was a significant negative correlation between efficacy and each dimension of negative social adaptation;each dimension of mental toughness had a significant positive correlation with the total score of social adaptation and each dimension of positive social adaptation,and there was a significant negative correlation with each dimension of negative social adaptation.(6)Mental toughness played a partial mediating role in the relationship between general self-efficacy and social adaptation. |
