The transfer from middle to university is one of the important life points in life. There are some great changes in freshmen's physiology as weil as mind. Faced with a completely new environment, the adjustment to university is a challenge to the freshmen.The Pedagogy is a systems-engineering and also an intact engineering. Many problems such as learning, life and interpersonal relationships, which are reflected from the university freshmen are not only total defects of the university, but the aftereffect of the middle school as well and the lacks of continuity of the university and the middle school. Nowadays the adjustment caused by the problems of educational link between the university and the middle school become manifest and more and more sticking. In view of this situation, the author advises that the idea of linking between the university and the middle school should be implemented to heip freshmen adjust themselves successfully, and the author also puts forward some strategies.The educational link between the university and the middle school is a view, which uses the Pedagogy theories, the Social Science, and the Educational Management, to understand and analyze some hindered problems of the educational link between the university and the middle school with the aims to find the causes of educational link and the countermeasures, enhance the systematic nature of Pedagogy, and achieve the common goal of cultivating the "complete man".Beginning with definition of link, the article then explores the relationships between the educational link and some educational theories in order to find the theory basis for the educational link between the university and the middle school. The article also finds some related ideas of educational links from some educationists home and abroad with aim to lay a theory foundation of the educational link between the university and the middle school. In the following part, the article suggests we should attach importance of the educational link between the university and the middle school to help freshmen adjust themselves.
