Research On The Predicament And Optimization Strategy Of Informatization Governance In Colleges And Universities ——Based On The Investigation Of Five First-class Construction Universities In Fuzhou

With the strategic deployment of national planning to promote the construction of "Double First-Class" universities in the world and the introduction of policies related to informatization in the field of education,the function of informatization in colleges and universities has been transformed from overall planning to governance.Information technology has become the only way to realize university governance and achieve governance goals,but there are not many systematic researches on university informatization governance,and relevant researches still need to be deepened.Therefore,analyzing the problems in the informatization management of colleges and universities,the precise analysis of the reasons,actively explore new methods and new thinking of informatization management at colleges and universities,colleges and universities to promote university of applying information technology to change traditional management mode,improve university informatization management level and work efficiency,to create green,high efficiency,the wisdom of university governance mode is of great importance.Based on collaborative governance theory,management process theory and governance modernization theory,this study selected the faculty,staff and students of five first-class universities in Fuzhou as samples,and summarized the development process and effect of informatization governance in colleges and universities by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview survey.SPSS26 statistical software analysis of colleges and universities information technology application,information governance of stakeholders concept,information security mechanism and leading system on statistical index analysis and reliability and validity of the information management,dig deeper into the cause of the current university informatization management difficulties,and based on this,advances the following optimization strategy:First,to strengthen the top-level design of information management;Second,overall planning to improve operational efficiency;The third is the transformation and upgrading of information management means;Fourth,strengthen the cultivation of information management ability;Fifth,we will improve the IT governance guarantee system.Through the above countermeasures,it is expected to play the leading role of informatization,improve the efficiency of informatization governance in colleges and universities,and comprehensively promote the modernization of governance system and governance ability in colleges and universities.
