Research On The Governance Of Campus Cyber Violence In Colleges And Universities

With the advent of the era of big data,people's life and the Internet are becoming increasingly close.While the Internet brings us all kinds of convenience,it also induces network violence.The campus network violence is also showing an increasing trend,seriously affecting the normal development of university education.As the main force of the network,college students are the pillars of the future of our country.In order to create a harmonious and healthy network environment of colleges and universities,we must deeply study the problem of network violence management in Colleges and universities.To solve the problem of network violence in Colleges and universities,we need to discuss it based on the school field.The characteristics of campus network violence make the governance work extremely complex,and there is a great room for improvement.Colleges and universities need to actively gather students,government,network media,parents,network opinion leaders and other forces to participate in the governance.The theory of collaborative governance advocates the participation of multiple subjects,through coordination,communication and cooperation to play different roles of each subject,optimize the action ability and resource allocation of the subject,so as to achieve the governance synergy.In view of this,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to use the theory of collaborative governance to analyze the ways of campus network violence governance in which multiple subjects participate.This paper analyzes the current campus network violence and many problems in the process of governance.Firstly,the definition and characteristics of campus network violence are clarified,and the main content of collaborative governance theory and the applicability of campus network violence governance are explained.Secondly,on the basis of a real and comprehensive understanding of the current situation of college campus network violence,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the background of college campus network violence from the perspective of multiple subjects,makes a reasonable attribution,analyzes its specific harm,and further enriches the research support for the proposed governance strategy.Thirdly,it makes a case study and comparative analysis,summarizes the actual practice of colleges and universities in dealing with campus network violence,evaluates the gain and loss with the theory of collaborative governance,and compares the experience of foreign colleges and universities in the governance of campus network violence,so as to clarify the governance logic of Campus network violence in China.Finally,under the guidance of collaborative governance theory,it is proposed that colleges and universities should pay attention to the coordination of the relationship with each subject,strive to eliminate the isolation and estrangement in reality,strengthen the communication and interaction between colleges and universities and other subjects,so as to achieve the purpose of scientific and effective governance of campus network violence.
