Research On Digital Campus Construction Of Local Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

With the rapid development of information technology,according to the relevant national documents,by 2020,it is necessary to form an educational information system that is in line with the goal of the development of national education modernization.The digital campus has a direct impact on the process and results of education information,and the construction level of the digital campus is directly restricted by the level of its management.By using the theory of collaborative governance,the management system of digital campus can be improved continuously so as to promote the construction of digital campus smoothly.This paper uses the method of case analysis,qualitative analysis and literature analysis.Taking the construction of digital campus of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology as an example,combined with the current situation,management level and user needs of digital campus,a questionnaire was made in three aspects of the recognition,participation and satisfaction of digital campus.Based on the results of questionnaires and investigation,it’s can be concluded that the main problems of digital campus construction are lack of unified planning and deployment,lack of investigation and feedback mechanism,and the core issue is the management system.Based on the characteristics of university organization and digital campus,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of introducing the theory of collaborative management into digital campus.Through the discussion of the goals,principles and paths of collaborative governance of digital campus,this paper puts forward the framework of collaborative governance of digital campus construction in local universities,promoting the rapid development of national education information.
