| The state attaches great importance to sports and has promoted the reform and development of sports work in each academic section.On the basis of the strict implementation of Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education Work and National Student Physical Health Standards,it is urgent to optimize the school physical education teaching resources and further improve the quality of school physical education work at all stages.As a popular teaching mode,the sports club teaching mode of sports club focuses on students ’personality characteristics and diversified development,takes promoting students to form sports skills as the main goal,and focuses on cultivating students’ ability to carry out physical exercise independently and lifelong physical education consciousness.As the cradle of application-oriented talent training,higher vocational colleges reform the traditional teaching mode of public physical education and implement the club system,so as to escort the all-round social talents of higher vocational colleges.This paper investigates the current situation of public physical education system,including literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,analyzes the traditional teaching mode of public physical education,reveals the constraints of the public physical education teaching mode,and studies the reform and development of Guiyang and other higher vocational colleges.The study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)most students from higher vocational colleges and teachers of front line physical education recognize and support the implementation of the club teaching mode of public physical education,The existing traditional teaching mode cannot reach the teaching effect,Teaching reform is still urgent;(2)Students and physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges are not highly satisfied with the traditional public physical education classes,The implementation of the club system teaching mode has shown a high appeal;(3)The club system teaching mode is in line with the applied talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,Club system teaching mode can not only undertake the teaching task of public physical education,It has an outstanding role in cultivating students’ personality characteristics;(4)The teaching mode of club system follows the trend of physical education reform in higher vocational colleges,It plays an important role in promoting the reform and development of school physical education in higher vocational colleges;(5)Under the full credit system mode,The implementation of in-class club teaching system in higher vocational colleges is operable and reasonable;(6)Of Guiyang higher vocational colleges club teaching mode implementation plan mainly includes: guiding ideology,organizational structure,project setting,single club management mechanism and curriculum,management mechanism and management documents,course selection mechanism,club member level setting,the scale of class form,teaching supervision and management and club assessment and evaluation mechanism,etc.For the relevant conclusions,The following suggestions are put forward:(1)when higher vocational colleges implement the club system teaching mode,According to the specific situation of the school’s site facilities and teachers,the school should formulate the feasible public physical education reform plan,individual club teaching and assessment plan with professional characteristics,club member management plan and other detailed plans;(2)The implementation of the club system teaching mode is a systematic project,The reform of school public physical education class should be led and managed by school leaders,The public sports department of the school is the highest administrative department,With the joint participation of physical education teachers and school leaders,Implement the three-level management mode of school public sports department-club management center--individual club management;(3)The development of physical education teaching clubs in higher vocational colleges is based on the special ability of physical education teachers,Encourage physical education teachers to apply for primary clubs other than their own special projects,The purpose lies in quality but not quantity;(4)In the process of implementing the club teaching system in higher vocational colleges,PE teachers often need to guide multiple clubs,The positions and responsibilities of individual club middle school student cadres should be clear and clear.(5)The responsibilities of club managers and physical education teachers should be separated.In the operation of club teaching mode,professional managers should be introduced appropriately,and continuing education and learning;(6)all difficulties are solved,and then. |
