The implementation of the fundamental task of the implementation of morality is the top level design of the reform of higher vocational education.As an indispensable part of the education system in higher vocational colleges,the public sports teaching should also have the top level design to implement the fundamental task of the implementation of morality.Based on this background,this paper carries out a study on the implementation of the strategy of the implementation of morality and this task in the public physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges.The aim is to provide teaching reform ideas for how to realize the formation of the core values of students in Higher Vocational Colleges by sports as the carrier.Using the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper takes Liaoning Vocational College of Economics as a case study to analyze the basic dimensions and implementation status of the basic task of the implementation of morality in the course of public sports teaching.The influencing factors and difficulties faced by the higher vocational colleges are put forward,and the strategies for implementing the basic tasks of the public physical education in higher vocational colleges are put forward.The research results show that(1)the basic dimensions of the basic tasks of the public sports in higher vocational colleges are mainly 4.The content of the public sports teaching is to reflect the spirit of competition and cooperation,to achieve the tenacious will quality of the teaching objectives,the teaching process should follow the rules of rule of law,and the teaching function should cultivate the social adaptability.(2)the present situation of implementing the fundamental task of the implementation of morality in the teaching of Public Physical Education in higher vocational colleges shows that the teachers and students have great cognitive differences in implementing the fundamental task of the people of the implementation of morality the teachers and students are more necessary to implement the fundamental task of the people of the implementation of morality.The contents of the teaching materials are rich and diverse,the the implementation of morality are involved in the teaching content of public physical education,and the implementation of morality are in the large proportion in the public sports teaching and evaluation system.(3)the lack of publicity of the function of sports education,the lack of cultural atmosphere for physical education,the lack of the physical education system of the implementation of morality,and the implementation of the students of the implementation of morality.The absence of teaching materials and the implementation of the lack of quantitative examination and appraisal of the implementation of morality are the main factors that affect the fundamental task of implementing the implementation of morality in higher vocational colleges.(4)the students lack the systematic understanding of the implementation of the implementation of morality,the single lack of innovative consciousness of physical education teaching methods,the lack of quantitative standards for physical examination and evaluation,and the hindrance of cultural atmosphere.The implementation of physical education teaching is the main predicament faced by higher vocational colleges in implementing the basic task of implementation of morality.It is suggested that five strategies should be made to strengthen the public school students' cognitive consciousness,construct the teacher training mechanism of the TPSR responsibility model,realize the process evaluation of the people of the school of physical education,attach importance to the construction of the sports teaching materials in the aspects of the tree and people of morality and build the basic task of implementing the basic task of moral education.
