| Article 25 of the Education Law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates that "the Country implements an educational inspection system and an educational evaluation system for schools and other institutions of education".Article 15 of the Deepening the Reform of the Education Inspection System and Mechanism in the New Era published by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council in 2020 stipulates that:It’s a must to carry out motivating work system in education inspection.The local governments of all levels shall commend the inspected units and their responsible persons for their outstanding educational inspection results,and the local governments of all levels shall also pay attention to the results of education inspection and its rectification before offering policy supports,allocating resource or while examining,appointing,removing,rewarding and punishing leading cadres.Even though There are abundant research results on educational inspection in the academic circle,a systematic study of its incentive system is still in lack.If there is a gap between academic research and policy,it will bring bad influence to the implement of policies and the development of education inspection.So it is necessary to study the motivating work system in education inspection.Article 19 of the Deepening the Reform of the Education Inspection System and Mechanism in the New Era stipulates that "all levels of school inspectors should be matched." Working at the front line for a long time,inspectors have the unique advantage to implement motivating work.Therefore,I put forward the improvement strategies and approaches of the inspector’s incentive work.Starting from the description of the motivating function of inspectors,focusing on the subject of “a research on the current situation of inspectors’ motivation work”,and combining the quantitative analysis method and qualitative analysis method,varied research ways like data analysis,school survey and face-to-face interview are synthetically used in this research.Through the investigation of educational inspection work in Fujian Province,I have probed into the realistic problems of the current situation of inspectors’ motivation work.Responding to policy guidelines,I tried to explore the practical ways to carry out the work of motivation.And I am also in an effort to enrich the study of inspection theory and provide reference for related research and policy making.This thesis paper includes five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and origin of this research,as well as the research status at home and abroad.It aims to grasp the current research situation,and introduce the purpose,significance,ideas and methods of this research.The second chapter is about the research foundation.Firstly,it clarifies the concepts of educational inspection,inspector,motivation and the motivation function of school inspectors.Then,it introduces the correlation between the overall motivation theory,the Hertzberg’s dual-factor theory,synergetics theory and this research.The third chapter is about the questionnaire survey of the motivation work of the inspectors.In this chapter,SPSS and Excel are used to investigate and study the current situation of the motivation work of the inspectors.The fourth chapter is about the attribution of the current situation of school inspector’s motivation work.Attribution analysis is mainly carried out from four dimensions of ideology,policy making,current situation research and working practice of inspectors.The results show that the innovation and motivation consciousness of the inspectors is weak,the policy and system of inspection motivation is out of balance,the research of education inspection is weak,and the validity of the motivation work of the inspectors is insufficient.The fifth chapter is about the strategies and the ways of inspectors’ motivation work.This chapter mainly puts forward the strategies and paths of inspectors’ motivation work from four dimensions of consciousness cognition,policy implementation,academic research and work validity,that is to encourage the inspectors’ innovation consciousness of the work,construct the motivation policy system of the inspectors,promote the practice-oriented motivation research and improve the practice of the work of the inspectors. |
