improve the teaching quality of education.The Policy of Responsible Inspectors Listed in school is an innovation of the education supervision in our country which contains that each responsible inspector in charge of about five schools regular inspection work,whose information containing the name,photo,telephone number and the matters of inspection are listed in prominent positions of school.Every primary and secondary school in China has his own responsible inspector since our country has issued the policy of Responsible Inspector listed school in September,2013.B District connects with the national top-level design actively and makes some explorations on the realization of "benign interaction and organic integration of high-level design and grass-roots practice".In 2015,the office of Education Supervision Committee of the State Council took B District as the grass contact point.In 2016,the Secretary of the District Committee made a speech on behalf of District B at the National Conference on deepening education supervision reform organized by the State Council to promote the work experience of District B education reform and regular supervision of responsible supervision.At the beginning of 2018,it obtained the highest score in the province and successfully passed the acceptance in the "national second primary and secondary school responsibility
